Staff was very rude to me. After waiting for a while in the queue, upon my chance to enter the gym, staff asked me where am I going to practice. I informed common area. I did my walk and jog on treadmill for 12 minutes, I wanted to take a break. Due to the non availability of any space in the common area I entered the women's area. The staff came and told me that I have to re-visit the reception before entering the women's area and I did apologize for the act and she said let us know beforehand and I agreed upon it.
After few seconds she came back and she turned her voice to an impolite tone and she asked me in front of everyone to leave. I went and talked to an assistant Manager about it. He rather started blaming me.
I did get upset and told him that I will have to think on membership to which he Offered me to cancel the membership in the GYM itself. I said fine I will do it, he again said I can happily do that for you right away intending to provoke.
This behavior is really not acceptable. I would have left without reacting if things are mentioned in a polite way. I really thought GOODLIFE is one of the luxurious and amazing facility especially when it comes to helping customers. But I was totally wrong about it.
Desired outcome: I don't know. May be 1 customer less
