I had a horrible experience with one of your employees. I am not sure of her name but she is an East Indian girl with red in her hair and some facial piercing. As I was leaving and getting my belongings from the locker close to the front desk, this employee while sitting on top of the back counter with her hands in her pocket and legs crossed had the nerve to yell at me and say "put your mask on or you have to leave". I tried explaining to her that I was getting my belongings and leaving but she did not want to even allow me to speak. I found that to be very rude disrespectful and unprofessional of her to do so not to mention the shame she put me in front of everybody. I pointed out seven other people to her that we're not wearing masks at that time and her focus was solely on me.
As you can imagine this kind of behavior clearly brought me to be in a defensive mood and I defended myself expressing to her that what she's doing is not only unprofessional but disrespectful towards me and that she could have came to me directly and spoke to me. I would like to discuss this matter in more detail with you in person and I ask that your video surveillance be pulled so that you can see the actions of end behavior of this employee. There is no way that she should be in the customer service industry with this behavior. I work in the medical field and have to put up with a lot of this on a daily basis but I do not have to put up with it from a place where I pay for services as a customer.
I do want to say yes I used language that I shouldn't have used and that was uncharacteristic of me and I am also disappointed and ashamed of myself. However with that said I will also be contacting your head office and filing a complaint.
This is not the first time I have had an issue with your employees. A few weeks back while I was working out I was pulled off my treadmill and asked to come and scan in meanwhile several people are going in without scanning.
When I expressed that, the employees told me "oh these people come here every day at a certain time so we know them". To me that does not excuse any member from coming in without scanning. For instance how is an employee to know if there's an outstanding balance on a member's account if they don't scan in?
I would like for you to please email me so I can discuss this matter with you and hopefully come to a respectful resolution.
I have since been kicked out and told I can never use the services even though the employee still works there.
