If you go hourly and end up being an hour then they'll charge you the minute rate not the hour rate. No way of cancelling a car once reserved. Only able to reserve the same car once every 2 hours. I was in the home zone and the car said I wasn't in the home zone. Customer service guy told me it was because I wasn't in a correct parking spot... Even though the app said it was a home zone!?
Car2Go - violating community bylaws
have been attempting to get this resolved for almost a year now. The same member continues to block our fire lane and park in a disabled parking spot night after night around 1 am. I work with people who have disabilities who truly need these parking spaces. Over the past few months your member parks in this spot despite there being regular, legal parking spots directly behind. At this point I can only assume they are trying to make a point that they don't need to be a good neighbour or a decent human being. Because they do this with your car my only recourse is going through your company. Unfortunately your company has failed to take action for almost a year. I get boiler plate response telling me that they will move the car and issue a warning. And it continues. I have looked at your membership agreement in detail (partly because I am a member with you as well) so I know that you have the legal ability to terminate the agreement with this member. I know it can't be because you lack evidence as I have sent your company time and date stamped pictures of the infractions on an almost weekly basis.
