Real Canadian Superstore - pc express pick up issue

On Saturday November 14th I placed an online Grocery order to be picked up at the Real Canadian Superstore Granview location at 3185 Grandview Hwy Vancouver BC V5M 2E9. Due to COVID-19 I stayed in my vehicle as directed while the attendant loaded the groceries in my vehicle. When I got home I found that there were 7 items missing from the order that I had paid for on my reciept. The total of these combined items is $22.49 before tax and include Cilantro (.33), Mushrooms (2.97), Strawberries (5.98), Peppers ($4.98), Cauliflower (3.47), Kale (1.98) and Medium Tofu (2.78). I called right away to the PC online pickup desk at Grandview and the attendant appolgized for the mistake and told me they would credit my account immediately. On Monday Nov 16th I checked my credit card statement online and there was no credit. I called the PC online pickup desk at Grandview and the same attendant aplogized for not getting to the credit and told me she would do it that day but it would take a few days to show on my statement. I checked my credit card statement on Tuesday Dec 1st and did not see a credit. I called the PC online pickup desk at Grandview and was told by a new attendant that they would process the credit to my credit card right away. Today is December 4th and I still have not seen a credit. All I would like is some form of resolution or customer service on this as it is the principle of being shorted this money and not the negligible amount.

Real Canadian Superstore - getting a debit refund

On feb 1st Ron was picking up an order. Okay when we got it home I notice the order was wrong. I was missing 1 spagetti but got charges for 2, I ordered a large salsa got a small one and the dish detergent was leaking all in the bag. I phoned and talked to Vannessa and she proceeded to do a debit refund. Okay about 3 days after not getting it she said she did it and if not by she said 2 days come in and do it at the store. I was alittle upset by that since they made the mistake and and then wanted him to go down there. So she got back to me after days back and forth and said her manager said it would take up to 7 days and he was suppose to phone me on the 10th no phone call I phoned the next day got another excuse and she said jason was in a meeting and he would phone me back that was on the 11th. No call. Meanwhile I wrote customer service got 1 reply back stating it would take 3-5 days from the 1st of feb. Since then I have wrote customer service 4 times with no reply. I would like this resolved as I shop there regularly and feel like I am being ignored. On the bill the manager is reno mastropieri order was [protected]. This is very poor service and at one point they said it was processed and questioned Ron about his bank statement like we got it and we are lying. That was not good service there at all. Real Canadian Superstore - free item for spending over $250

Hi there, I did a big shop last Saturday and in total spent over $315. Its nice to receive freebies and very much appreciated, however, giving beef burgers doesn't make sense. My family only eats halal meat so of course I didn't take the gift. I think it isnt fair having something like meat as a gift, there are many people who dont eat that particular meat or any meat all. I understand that it's a bonus but at least have something for everyone, it just isnt fair that only a certain group get the bonus.
