A&W Restaurants - Drive thru

Did drive thru and the food was cold, old and under a heat lamp wayyyyyyu tooooo long.

A&W #9312 on torbay road on Sunday 14 Nov order #563. I should have taken it right back and asked for my money back. I understand fast food is fast however that was not fit for consumption let alone to pay for!

Desired outcome: Reimburse
