Poorly ran business,no one ever seems to know what ia going on or how to correctly handle things. There is no person dedicated to be in charge, each time I have been there management nor owners have been seen. Employees seem to be over worked and don't care, why would they? They are not getting what they deserve. They are hiding issues to keep their company on "good term" they take advantage of their employees. Food is not good and pricey. Management and food suck will never be eating here again!

It sounds like your experience at A&W Restaurants was disappointing on multiple levels. From unorganized staff, to the absence of visible management, it’s no wonder the service and food quality are suffering. Overworked employees who aren’t treated well rarely have the motivation to provide good service, and it’s frustrating as a customer when it feels like no one is in charge. It’s a shame that the food didn’t meet your expectations either, especially at a higher price point. It’s understandable why you’d choose not to return after dealing with these issues. Hopefully, the management takes notice of the problems and makes improvements for both the staff and customers.
