Canadian Tire - Treadmill

Purchased a treadmill and it broke within 24 hours. Manufacturer told me to return to place of purchase. Canadian Tire says no, and will only offer an exchange...which they dont have in stock and wont for some time. Customer support was useless. Im now out thousands and store and manufacturer are pointing the finger at the other...where does this leave me. Store #144 on Hebron way in St.John's NL

Desired outcome: Refund so I can get a machine that wont break within 24hrs!!

Canadian Tire - auto service center / rustproofing

ATTENTION! DON'T SERVICE YOUR CAR AT CANADIAN TIRE!
Shockingly rude and unprofessional service experience at Canadian Tire, Auto Service Centre on Hebron Way, St. John's, NL.
Getting the car ready for the winter season, I went to Canadian Tire on Hebron Way in St. John's, NL on Oct 4th, 2019 for rustproofing with Formula 3000 at the Auto Service Centre.
I requested wheels to be removed and to apply rustproofing only on the vehicle suspension, nothing else to be removed, specifically the under-body panels. I was assured at the counter that my request will be followed and was put in the work order.
To our total surprise, however, an hour later when we return to pick up the car, we were shocked to see the car still on the ramp, with all wheels on and all under panels down, the whole car already sprayed. Later I was told by the person who took the order to the worked was showed the order and was also verbally warned of our requests. So the worker did not listen, did not read, did not care - total ignorance behavior.
Of course, when we requested an explanation, we receive the most rude and unprofessional reaction from the "technician" doing the work and the so-called manager (Mike) on the counter. My husband looked at the car and noticed that the worker was trying to put the panels incorrectly as well as he lost of hardware that keep the panels attached to the car. Not surprisingly, we were told they were not there on the first place. The car was at the dealership the day before for engine oil and brake fluid change and the panels were in perfect place with all the hardware on.
To our request to talk with a manager, above Mike - who has no customer service skills, Mike reluctantly went back in the store and came back 15 minute later without having other manager and asking us to leave the store and never come back and advised us that he will mark us in the system for not to being served again. Unbelievable - No apologies or any explanation was offered.
The next day, I went to the dealership and found out that all the panels and hardware were done very poorly and lots of hardware missing.
As a result, I end up paying for the dealership service for covering the unacceptable, unprofessional and awful experience at Canadian Tire.
I would like to alarm the higher management at Canadian Tire, as well as the public of my experience and advise anybody who care about their car not to visit Canadian Tire Auto Service Center, especially the one on Hebron Way. I would suspect they all have the same training and lack of professional skills.
I insist Canadian Tire to assure me and the public that this experience would not happen to anybody else again.
