They have absolute no customer service there. the receptionist and the manager are very rude. They took my membership card when entering the gym then they ripped it with a pair of scissor, right in front of me. I was not sure what was going on then I had to ask why they dint care attitude towards me said that they have started using a new card key system. I was absolutely not happy about this. After that they were rude when I was reasoning out with them that they should inform your customer before tearing it out next time. HORRIBLE ! 570 Westney Rd S Unit 12 | Ajax, ON | L1S 6V5 ...
