Hello, I am a crunch member from last 2 years and I never had any bad experience with the service, so far. However, today my wife booked an appointment with personal trainer to learn more about equipments and what to do and how to achieve fitness goal. I was the one who had put some good words for crunch, so that she can join it. She met a personal trainer named JOBANPREET SINGH. So that PT just gave her a piece of paper which contains her BMI, he did not teach her how to use equipments, my wife is suffering from lower back pain, I believe he shud have not only explained her how to use the equipment but also what is the correct posture to do any exercise. Joban just spend 30 minutes with her and then we have gone again to meet him, so that he can guide us together to achieve our fitness goal. However, he insisted us to book an appointment again, he did not helped us and he kept asking again and again to me that am I a member or not, I told him more than thrice that yes I am a member I am a member and then he said ok book an appointment. I said no and moved on to do my workout. During my workout I noticed that he was doing nothing just standing at the front dest talking, gossiping. So even though he did not had any appointments lined up he denied to help us, he was free without any work and he denied helping us. So far I was ok with everything. HOWEVER, WHEN I WENT AGAIN TO FRONT DESK TO GET ACCESS TO HYDRO MASSAGER, HE(JOBANPREET SINGH) WAS AT THE FRONT DESK, I REQUESTED HIM RESPECTFULLY THAT I NEED AN ACCESS TO MASSAGER, HE LOOKED AT ME AND DID NOT REPLIED. I ASKED AGAIN THAT CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME GET TO THE MASSAGER, CAN YOU GIVE ME THE ACCESS, HE IGNORED ME, HE DID NOT ANSWER, HE DID NOT RESPOND AND THEN HIS COLLEAGUE CAME OVER AND HELPED ME TO GET ACCESS. THE ANSWER WHICH I GET FROM HIM FINALLY WAS MORE AWFULL HE SAID THAT I AM NOT A FRONT DESK SO I AM NOT OBLIGE TO HELP YOU. I FELT SO DISRESPECTFUL I FELT TOO BAD. WE PAY TO GET SERVICE, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ME. I AM SURPRISE AND I DONT KNOW WHO HAVE GUVEN HIM THAT AUTHORITY TO IGNORE AND AVOID CLIENTS. ATLEAST HE SHOULD HAVE REPLIED TO ME ATLEAST HE SHOULD HAVE SAID NO TO ME. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT TO ANOTHER COLLEAGUE, HE WAS STANDING THERE AND LAUGHING AT ME. THIS IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WAY HE BEHAVED WITH ME, HE DON EVEN DESERVE THAT JOB. HE HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF SONEONE CAN LOOK INTK THIS AND GIVE A REPLY TO ME. WE DONT EXPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM CRUNCH. PLEASE SOME ONE SHOULD TEACH HIM HOW TO RESPECT PEOPLE HIW TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS.

Message: I am a customer of Crunch fitness. I have a medical issue and I cannot do the workout because I have an Anal Fissure issue which causes severe pain in my anal area. I have provided the local with my original medical report and my prescription indicating my health issue. But No one at that location wants to help me. I have a one-year membership. I have not visited the gym for 4 months but I still paid for it. I visited the location 3 to 4 times for the cancellation matter but no one helps me. This is ridiculous if I have a problem and I cannot do workout what can I do. Please help me to cancel my membership without charging me cancellation fees. I have emailed, called and texted Jae (Manager at North Brampton location) but she never gets back to me. You should appoint customer service helpers who can help the customers. My account is under the name of Harry Singh. One more thing, they have changed my information without confirming with me. You can check all the information is under Amandeep Kaur's name. I am contacting you now because I am dissatisfied with the service and helpless. If I have provided my real documents and prescription what else you need. I am in pain.
