Returning empties with my son. Server pays me deposit and asks if I need any beer. I said no. On my way out my son decided he wanted beer. I line up at the other cashier near the empty line. Waited at least 10 minutes and then ask the Server working on the empty line if somebody can come out so I can pay for beer after he had seen me in line waiting for the approx. 10 min. He said no the other employee was busy and that I would have to wait in the empty return line. Fortunately the person next in line to return empties let me in line to pay. If I would have had to go to the end of the line up I would have had to wait a least another 30 minutes on top of the already 15 minutes I waited returning my empties, not to mention the 10 minutes I waited trying to pay for the beer. What ever happened to customer service?
Desired outcome: Employee should be disciplined. Or the manager responsible for this retailer
