Return at an outlet shorted for items.
I returned empties to the Esso gas station in Colborne Ontario as they are a return outlet. I returned 65 cans, 2 bottles and one tetra bag on August 4th. He gave me $4.20 and I drove away. I don't return often but when I got home my husband said I should have got $7.20 for empties. I was given $4.20. After talking to local friends they tell me that this location always tries to short you on your returns and they get aggressive if you challenge them. They should be shut down.
Desired outcome: Please choose a reputable return location for Colborne Ontario. We feel scammed by this location.
Not having my brand of beer at the beer store located in Nipigon Ontario.

Recently I have been under scrutiny at my position as a cashier at store 3057 in Rodney Ontario. I had accepted a tip that was not allowed on property (I accepted it as all my other cowerkers had done so and I had figured it was what the normal was). Which you know. I had employee relations called in on me and adrien came in and made me feel very uncomfortable with mark. Our conflict had been resolved and I had received a one day unpaid suspension and was cleared to go back for the weekend.
As of this morning my manager Santoshi Kukadia sent me a message stating I was suspended with pay effective immediately and that I had to attend ANOTHER meeting Wednesday March 15th. When I asked what this was about as I had followed every protocol I received no answer. Both Santoshi and Courtney Spurdza have been consistently bullying me into quitting or getting me fired and it has caused nothing but mental health stress on myself to the point of me doubling my therapy times to seeing a psychiatrist. Not to mention the first 4 weeks of working at this store I was stalked, sexually harassed by another coworker and belittled by my fellow employees. My manager has done nothing to make me welcome and has also shown her favouritism in Courtney and other employees. I would like to know my options on how to proceed as there should be no reason for ANOTHER meeting. As someone with bad mental health and PTSD with conflict with men, this is not doing well and I am on the verge of listening to my doctor and taking a stress leave…

My husband and I arrived at the Beer Store (650 King St., Oshawa) Sept 2/2022 at 8:05pm (store closes at 9:00pm). We were delivering a car load of recyclables; ie: 7 flats of beer, 7 - 12's of wine bottles and less than 700 cans. We were publicly reprimanded and humiliated by the dirty blonde woman (name unknown) working that shift. She flew into an angry tantrum - deliberately and violently smashing our bottles in the bowels of the store before returning to verbally berate us for bringing a large load late in her shift. This is not the first time we experienced customer service issues with this particular staff member. She has been abrasive, curt and toxic in past instances as well. BUT! This time she crossed a line. She is paid to serve the public; she is paid up to 9:00pm but she is not paid to “SH!*T” all over or admonish store customers who provide the basis for her job in the first place. Why does the Beer Store continue to employ such a self-serving/self righteous/contemptuous employee? This lady requires a serious attitude adjustment of the highest magnitude by the HR Department for this organization.
Desired outcome: The employee in question requires a refresher course in customer service etiquette and respect for individuals.

Why would anyone return so many bottles at once, it annoys me too.
Returning empties
I was returning my empties to the beer outlet store in South Mountain, store name, Ricks Gas Bar, the owner, John (I believe this is the owners name), swindled me out of $2.40 on my empties.
I had asked him what was his count on the empties. He ignored me and just handed me 73$ in cash. I wouldn't accept the money because I said his count was wrong. Then John, said go load them back up. Totally unacceptable, I said. We went back to count the empties, and he said all liquor bottles are the same price, which isn't true. I had to argue with him to try and get the correct amount for my returns and was told take the 77.60$, and next time don't bring back so many empties.
empties returned were 30.5 x (24 cases beer), 13 x 1.5 Liter Liquor bottles, 37 x 750ml liquor bottles and 6 glass beer bottles, on May 14 2022
This isn't the first time John has cheated me and I have had enough of this treatment.

The lady knows I'm a regular customer and she's always rude to everyone but it was still my fav store IDK why maybe it's because my favorite workers moved onto new jobs like the old manager, she started working at my old job & she was super nice. Used to be my favorite beer store, up until yesterday! This is regarding the lady who looks 35-38ish with the long straight hair who's kinda always been rude to a lot of ppl, she accused me of being under the influence which hurt my feelings bc I'm having a really hard time mentally & physically... #1 I've had a stressful week regarding my dad being murdered & other events, I have PTSD and suffer from insomnia #2 My cancer cells might of came back & that it's spreading very quickly I find out more on Monday. Just because my legs were throbbed in pain with huge growing big bumps all over my body, badly bruised, legs are so swollen that none of my clothes fit, my shoes no longer fit bc of how badly swollen my body is, just bc I was lost at the moment & couldn't think & wanted to add up what I all to make sure I had enough for the type of drinks I wanted. Because you know to help keep me sane during hard times also have you ever heard the term of crying before? Or maybe you're just too careless to even notice, or maybe you do notice and you just like bullying those who are having a hard time. You can't just judge & assume right off the hop. You even decline smelling my breath, which I was legally allowed to request, thank god my brother in law is a lawyer. If you judged, trying to say I'm on drugs is down right discrimination. Another thing is I'm a very shy person and I'll be making a complaint to a retired old boss from there on what I can do so this doesn't happen again tonight to ppl like me, also me walking in suffering in so much pain should very well tell you I have physical issues. Also at my job we're always told "leave the attitude at home and act professional in a calm way etc. & since I see other bad reviews on Google too from others... I think maybe you should go get another job that won't turn you into such a bully.

It's the day before Christmas.! I have now been at the beer store as a part time employee for almost two months. I'm not complaining on the short time I have been there to be appreciated., But the long term staff I noticed don't get appreciated. As I can see it being Christmas I would think that a billion dollar company would at least benefit there staff at this time? Not a card for any employee not a staff party nothing! my name is Carolyn Cotman. I purchased 13 cans of Molson Canadian this am @ approx 10:30 at The Beer Store on Princess st in Kingston. The girl serving me was very pleasant. Working by herself and it was steady with customers returning empties and purchasing beer. I paid for my beer ($25.50), picked it up off counter and left. Not thinking to ask for a bag and I wasn't offered one. While carrying beer to my car two cans feel out of plastic holder, then carrying beer into my house the two cans of beer plus one more fell out of plastic holder. Three beer were spraying beer out of the can. I struggle with MS therefore having a bit of trouble carrying things. I thought afterwards that if I was offered a bag to carry product in this could of been prevented. The girl working this am at The Beer Store would not of been aware that I may have trouble carrying beer to my car.

Case of beer that had a can with a hole that leaked all over my back seat in my car
Hello I bought a case of budwieser tall cans from the upper James location in Hamilton. When I got home I noticed the bottom of the case was wet and so was my back seat. I opened the case and one of the cans had a puncture hole and was 3 quarters empty. 2 of the other cans had dents in them as well.
My car now smells like beer and the seat has a stain.
Desired outcome: Replace the beer and have rear seat cleaned.
