Its Md. Imran Mahmud from Cambridge, ON Canada. I am a member of Crunch Cambridge Galt location in Canada. I was requested to take a personal trainer by Nina and I accepted. After taking three months of service, I requested Nina to cancel the service as I have to commit to my son for his program, and our RAMADAN month is approaching, so I can not continue. But she said you don’t need to cancel as I can HOLD. Still, I wanted to cancel but she proposed to HOLD as no money will be withdrawn from my account when it is on HOLD. All these discussions were in front of her computer and she said my account is on HOLD. After 1 month I saw another payment of $587 was withdrawn. When I asked her, she said she can’t do anything as I had to sign a document. I asked her why she did not give me the document on the day when we were talking in front of her computer and she said it is on HOLD. She said again I can’t help.
Then I thought its ok. I better cancel the membership and she said, I am busy today we will do it soon. She gave me time after few days and cancelled. Then I said now please confirm no more money will be withdrawn from my account. She again said yes now all good and no more money will be taken out. Last week I say another payment gone. I felt so bad and went to her on March 27, 2023. She simply said “ I can’t help here”. I asked why did she take time to cancel the contract and why did she put on HOLD which was also not done. She did not say anything but “ I can’t help here”.
I was misloaded twice and was charged $1174 Canadian dollars almost. This is hard earning money, and it is not fare. Still, I am being charged as today Crunch has taken money from my account again instead of solving this problem.
I really need the money back as I did not take the service and don't trust them at all.

Desired outcome: Rather Crunch is charging me the monthly fee still. I really need to be solved as soon as possible. And need the money back with the cancellation of the terms with Crunch GALT.
