I have proof that Canadian Tire ripped me off.
375.60 dollars here At Bath Road that never refund me 375.60 for Alignment that wasn't to be done correctly due to They never fix rim it was badly damaged instead they stolen my new wipers off my car & put on my broken wipers Excuse me 375.60 was new wipers & the tie rod & they charge me 158.14 that never went back my BMO bank card so how the [censored] did Bath Road Kingston Ontario Canadian get my wipers off my car. Please do explain how staff told me my car was safe to drive when wheel rim was damage cant by law do wheel Alignment on damaged rims I want my money back for my Alignment stuiped but take my new wipers that charge me for off of my Car I want my wipers Now and 158.14 return back on my car. I should go get an Lawyer & sue for neglect of staff & my property & damage they never fix when to my other person to fix my rims & Canadian tire charge me an alignment on damage rims & told me I was safe to drive Will heres my car new tire new rim where's my money No [censored]ing new Wipers, And than tire and rim doesn't match my car been [censored]ing robb money where's new parts isn't on my car Theft do not do not ever take your car to Canadian Tire or Sickbay steal your money unfinished product damage on my car
Canadian Tire - Worx lawn mower
I purchased a worx lawn mower on June 17, 2021. Price $449.99 plus taxes $508.49... WX NIT 40V5AHMW... it wouldn't fit in my car, so we used my son's car.
The lawnmower was missing a bolt on the wheel. I went back to the CDN Tire at 59 Bath Rd, Kingston On Sun June 20... Nathan C. the manager tried taking the bolt off the display one... Wouldn't come off.
He said to bring the lawnmower back that I purchased and he would give me the one on display case, there were no more left.
Anyway... The CDN tire store is 28 minutes from me... I drove there, drove back home to get the lawn mower and then drove back home again... Very frustrating. Nathan C. was very rude to me and I asked him what he could do for me for all the troubles that I have been caused... he wouldn't even give me a discount on the lawnmower on display... there was a dent in the bar and in this covid 19 pandemic, I was a bit concerned about getting the one on display... and 1 hour and half of driving and gas costs... I was very upset when I left there... I love shopping at CDN tire... this manager made my experience very dreadful
Desired outcome: i was hoping for a gift card for my troubles and Nathan C. was very rude to me...
Canadian Tire - "store security" attacked me without probable cause
approx 530 pm september 25th 2019 I and my fiance were violently attacked by an individual claiming to be loss prevention in the parking lot of your bath rd location in kingston ontario. Without proof (as i had stolen nothing and never would), without any other employees or identification a man accosted me and mugged me for several items of clothing as well as my iphone.
If this man was indeed your employee, I would suggest he be admonished for working while high on stimulants, belligerency, unprofessional conduct, and taking very dangerous risks.
Anyone properly trained in loss prevention knows that one should NEVER accost a suspect alone.
If he is indeed an employee of yours, I plan to file suit as soon as possible for the near beating he gave me, the emotional trauma his behaviour caused on my fiance and the theft of my personal property.
