Hi there, my name is Costin. Normally I don't file complaints but this store does too many things they shall not do. First and the biggest. When we buy stuff they don't give you the points right the way, we were wonder from last year why we don't get points anymore on MasterCard. My wife and I we both something with points and hoping to get them on the bill. Big surprise was. We didn't get the amount of points we expected, we went back to ask and we got instructed to go to customer service and get the rest of the points. How many ppl are in this situation?! When something goes to sell on a different store, the staff stop adding that product on shelves for a whole week
Desired outcome: They told us to go back to customer service to get the rest of the points.

You don’t. You go on your app. The optimum app. And there’s an option to look at transaction. And then points inquiry and then just list the
POINTS PROMO
Like
300 points per $2 spent for hot dogs/ $10 spent on receipt. Missing 1500 points
100 points per $1 Roma tomatoes/. $4 spent on receipt
Missing 400 points
Keep doing that. Then just say. Total 1900 points missing.
They give you the points on your app side or MasterCard side whichever side was offering it. So if your MasterCard app said promos for X. Then the points go to the MasterCard side. If it’s optimum it goes there. If your card is linked then it just gets added to your “account”
There’s no need to be upset. I’ve even gotten points where I misread the promo. It was PC BLOCKS OF CHEESE 1Kg and I bought just regular cheese slabs like 600 gram ones. And I had told them. Got my points. Next time around i actually realize I misread the promo. 😜🤷♀️
