Canadian Tire - rca 55 inch 4k tv

I went to purchase a clearance RCA 55 Inch 4K television. I was told from an associate that there was no box, and he spent an hour searching for the remote with no luck. I asked to see a manager to sort out the remote issue. Her name was Fayza, and she said she would not give me a remote because it was a clearance item and she would not take it off her shelf. Immediate attitude, folded arms, and hostility for no reason. I told her if that were the case, it should show "as is" on the display. She walked away from me without saying a word, spoke very loudly with another associate and then left me where I was standing with no explanation. I proceeded to follow her to find out what was going on. She said she would set up the remote on the spot or I could come back another day. I informed her I had already waited over an hour so I was going to wait. The remote wouldn't work, so she told me to go home and get it going there, or I could wait another 3 hours for the associate that set up the tv to find the remote. I was frustrated at this point so I said, I can't stay any longer so let me simply purchase the tv and get going. She got upset telling me that she was giving me options and I didn't have to get upset. I told her that after standing over an hour, getting the run around and still not having a working remote, that she needed to work on her customer service skills, stop getting defensive when I was simply there to buy a product that they were advertising and to stop treating the television as If I were trying to rip her off. She was acting as if I was trying to get the tv for nothing and while I bought it in the end, I simply wanted a remote so I could use it! I looked at her name badge and she told me yeah, take my name. Go ahead. I told her that I would report her for her horrible customer service because as a customer I should be walking away happy and she should be trying to ensure that I am. She said again, yeah report me. She then proceeded to walk away from me as I was still talking to her. Completely unprofessional, automatically was rude and gave attitude to me. Flat out refused to even listen to what I was saying and made no effort to resolve or de-escalate the situation. Remote doesn't even work. But to be honest, I have no desire to ever step foot in that store or any other Canadian Tire after this experience.
