Even during weekday when it's busy, despite having lots and lots of trainers there. No one is ready to help. I have seen them talking in groups among themselves and never ready to help. It's been my 5th time, asking, in a row. When asked anything from one of the trainer, all make a group and discuss who will do it. And then they say no one is ready to do it. Where should I go? I just asked that I want to measure my weight, if someone can help me (as it's not allowed to use without personal trainer)
This makes me feel very bad sometimes
GoodLife Fitness - Reimbursement of up front payment for boot camp
I have paid for about 18 boot camp sessions and taken only two session due to current pandamic situation and my current health condition, therefore I have request them to retuen my balance money which I have paid. As per Fitness manager "Kyle Maniccia" I forward the family doctors note, send me a fallowing email to me.

Thanks for your email, as I mentioned, the medical note must state you are unable to workout for 3 or more months. We offer both Virtual and Remote sessions which can be done outside of the gym. This note will not be accepted as a contract cancellation.
