I'm incredibly disappointed and disgusted with the terrible customer service I've received in this matter. How difficult is it to correct? I ordered 2 XL coffees and one had a partial shot of cream in it, I'm lactose intolerant and this kind of error is unacceptable as is your response!
I would like to file a formal complaint with McDonalds International about the terrible customer service I've experienced in resolving this complaint.
