on 2/19/2016 @5:07pm my husband and I stopped to buy dinner, not only did our chicken taste like old grease but we were told to pull ahead to next wiondow because our chicken was not ready that they would bring it out to next window ahead.at 5:25pm we still did not have our food.then to top it all off a piece of ice came off the roof and fell onto our jeep wrangler we were not happy at all.when calling in to ask where our food was the girl explained it took 8 minutes to cook the chicken.when I tried to address the fact that our jeep just had ice fall on our jeep to try to get it straightened out all she said was that she was sorry there was nothing she could do about it.thought about contacting an attorney but thought I would ask what you wanted to do about all this bad experience at one of your chains.i have my receipt KS#13, FEB19'16(FRI)17:07, MFY side 2, KVS order60, store 2093.do have the receipt for our number 1 meal and or crispy buttermilk chicken meal.trying to be decent but still explain we are very upset about the whole situation especially when the big chunck of ice came down on our vehicle and they didn't even want to take a complaint or offer any phone numbers.
