I am deeply disappointed by my experience with the CLV Group. Renting from them has been incredibly frustrating. Slow maintenance response, overpriced rent, non-functional in-unit appliances, and the shift to online contact have all left a negative impression.
The CLV Group’s maintenance service is incredibly slow. They prioritize other issues over basic repairs, causing prolonged inconveniences and frustration. This lack of urgency made me feel neglected as a tenant.
Additionally, the rent prices charged by the CLV Group are exorbitant. The quality of the units and services provided does not justify the high costs. It seems like they take advantage of market demand, exploiting tenants with inflated prices. The value for the money paid is disappointing.
The non-functional in-unit washer and dryer have been a constant problem. Despite repeated complaints, the CLV Group has failed to fix them promptly. This has left me without a functioning laundry facility, adding to the overall inconvenience.
Furthermore, the CLV Group’s transition to online contact only has been problematic. The absence of in-person desks makes it difficult to resolve issues or seek assistance. This lack of personalized support creates a sense of detachment and undervaluation.
In summary, my experience with the CLV Group has been incredibly disappointing.
