Refused to pay my Payroll cheques for Period Dec 1-15 2021 and Dec [protected].
Rubika Singh /HR did not provide payroll and knew there was no cheque made out for me, 7 days in advance. I went to her office at 1:30pm Dec 22 2021 to inquire about payroll at which time she informed me there was no cheque for me.
I immediately called Andrew Sun on the phone and he told me "I won't pay you". I told everyone sitting in earshot (Office) what was happening. Haim Hen, Lisa Carr, John Blodgett, Charlie (Adrew Sun assistant). I gathered my sweeter and boots from my office and took them to my car. I went down to the work floor and began taking pictures of the premises, millwork product for evidence. I filmed Andrew Sun, speaking directly into my video, " I won't pay you no I can't pay. I obviously got angry, 3 days before Christmas, no money period. Viceroy used me to complete a full Kitchen, waited for me to finish and then screwed me out of $4, 627.00.
