My husband frequents your store on Huron St in Stratford ON at least four or five days a week. There are two women that work there that are rude and disrespectful. He was charged $55 for a case of beer that cost $47.95. When he pointed out the error he was treated badly and swore at as he was leaving and they were mocking the way he talked and laughed. My husband has a ADHD disability and at times has trouble speaking I find this incredibly insensitive. They constantly are giving the wrong beer, slamming it on the rollers or making mistakes giving change or over charging. He really like this store and it's manager but these two ladies make it uncomfortable to frequent this store. I have gone in on behalf of my husband and was also treated like I was inconveniencing her. We spend at least $200 per week at this store and we work hard to earn this money and this kind of service in any industry is unacceptable. I know their names if you wouldn't mind contacting me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
