The employer is risking the mental state of some of the employees because of just one girl name starts with Pal something. The other employees have stopped respecting him because of this. He doesn't even know that the particular employee makes fun of him behind his back and some of the employees are quitting just because of her. I am very worried about the stress he is giving to his other employees because of this girl. I am familiar with some of the employees and by hearing their stories I took this step to complain.
Desired outcome: Letting go of just one employee will not affect his stores’ efficiency instead it will be improved as the employees will be relieved.
