Joyce EVANCHICK.: Stayed 9-18 to [protected]…Celebrating our 60th. Wedding Anniversary. ( or so we hoped to) we have been coming to one of your properties for about 50 years. Stayed at Rio (early years) and on the strip the rest of the time. Went there 2 to 3 times a year prior to Covid. Finally after recovering from the effects of Covid we we’re ready to hit Vegas again. Reserved a room from website that stated “Stylish Decor and simple luxury. Contemporary seating, patterned rugs, chic lighting and more”. What we really got was a very dirty room, a mirrored door with something smeared all over it, a shower that didn’t drain and standing up to my ankles while trying to shower. 1 towel! I had my husband use it and I used a couple of hand towels. Unbelievable! Then called downstairs and was told they couldn’t help. Went downstairs and talked to a very nice girl that “charged us for a better room. We took it and paid the extra. Yes your place was busy…one more note. We are Seniors that helped build you Company over the years and now your clients are a bit different…I never asked for a refund before…but I am doing so now. Either get someone with knowledge about your rooms and change your website. What a horrible experience. We even moved our suitcases and etc. without help. Would like the $$$$ difference.
