Fraudulent added charges!!
I stayed here recently and everytime
I come here, there is always a
problem. Watch your credit card
statement. With this visit, I got
charged without a call or an email.
They charged me an additional $100
and $50. I called them and asked
what it was for, and they informed
me it was for smoking in the room
and staining the couch. First of all, I
have never smoked in my entire life,
and I had little children with me. Be
aware of this place. I am shocked
they can just charge you for
anything to just make a charge up.
No phone calls or email? I had to
find this out by inspecting my credit
card online. The person I spoke to
was no help. I am shocked that this
hotel is even in the Marriott chain. It
has definitely gone downhill. Looks like they are trying to get $500 from my credit card.They need to apologize and reverse the charges!

My daughter suitcase lost after 11 weeks of staying in sheraton/best western 600 leslies hwy 7 toronto
Dear folks at Sheraton/Best Western Hotel in Toronto/Canada
I am writing a formal complaint about a lost costly personal luggage of my daughter that we spent 11 weeks of staying there. We were told that the hotel storage is safe with cameras all over and "do not worry about, since no one has access to the door except the manager"
My 18 year old daughter had valued belongings and the suitcase itself. We sent over 20 existing emails over a month and we begged to find it while we were there no cooperation and. Mr. Don McGillis is the person giving us hope to find it and we still have the tag in our hands with no suitcase. We were misled over and over by Mr. McGillis and wasted our time and he knows that we did not take the suitcase. Now he kept asking to call us which he never did. We need your assistance please. Funny thing after almost a month he sent us a photo of my wife leaving with our luggage stating this is it you have taken your suitcase with you. Again we still have the tag (receipt) in our possession and returned the other ones and took the rest of the luggage except this one. He is still saying to file a police report and tried while we were there is nothing I can do... Will check the cameras... "We demand our lost suitcase and damages and the time lost communicating with him. Thanking you for your prompt reply and immediate action
