This company sent me a letter dated 4/29/2010 stating that I owed a company named Money & More a total of $507.50.
They also called me several times on my CELLPHONE and left me threatening messeges about legal action if I do not pay this bill. The one time that I made a mistake and answered the phone, I told them that I had no idea what they were talking about and not to call me again.
Now, when I see their number on my cellphone I refuse to answer it. When I got this letter, I immediately sent them a letter asking for ALL the information that they had concerning this debt as I tried to call this Money & More company and could not get any answers from them.
What other options do I have to get rid of these people?
Within a few days of you I got a call from this company at work, I am posting a complaint here separately. I am going to log a complaint about them everywhere on the internet and with agencies and send them a cease and desist letter.
I recieved the same letter from CRSI for the same amount of $507.50. I replied to them requesting more information about Money & More and details concerning the amount owed.
I live in Virginia and they sent me a letter on May 6, 2010 saying they were collecting for Money & More for the amount of $507.50. I replied asking for more information on the account. I sent my letter by certified mail with a signature receipt require. I already know it is a scam because the account number and file number is not legit. I will report the receipt signature, CRSI, and Money & More to the Better Business Bureau. Although, I'm not a big fan of the BBB, there just not many options that the consumer have. I like the idea of an web site to blast these scam artists where the consumer can alert other people of these scamers. It cost me $5.54 to send the letter to CRSI by certified mail, so CRSI already owes me that much. As soon as I get an signature from my letter, I will post their name! Stay tune!

Steve Cepolla in Newport Beach. Theese idiots buy and managed out of statpaper and use a program called "SKIPTRACEY" it allows you to manipulate the caller ID so when calling a cell phone the can enter any number and it looks like that number is calling vs CRSI they are deceptive Especiall Matt Lane
