Capital meats delivered to my house for years, and the meat was good, , now occasionally i had some bad meat, but i never blamed someone else because i couldnt cook it right. Half of u probley dont even know that you cook a steak frozen right outta the freezer. And another thing is it doesnt matter what meat you buy, in store, buthcher, grow your own, if you dont cook it on low heat and let your busy life's take control of your cooking temps then you'll always have a "tuff" steak. If you eat at a resturant and you dont like it, do you honestly waste your time complaining about it, or do you go to a different resturant. . . My point. . The guys that go door to door are just hard working men trying to make a living, if you buy from a capital van, you will be happy,. . All these complaints are from people who work for other meat companys and are try'n to put the best down,. . If this company had such bad food as you all say, , then how have they been in business since 1997 is this really the way to spend your time, just come to capital and we will cook you a steak and make your own determanation. . Or e - mail me @ [protected]@yahoo.com dont believe these people they work for company's that try'n to put us down. I wont buy nothing from no one except the best capital meats take care readers and godbless

And you can't spell, even with a spell checker, so i seriously doubt you can follow instructions. Sorry
With the exception of the burgers, the beef I purchased from Capital Meats has mediocre flavor and is tough - no matter how or at what temp you cook it. On the brighter side, my standard poodle finds it a tasty addition to his kibble! I fell for the sale pitch (wanting to give the truck guys a break) but I won't do it again. Live and learn.
Im a pretty good cook but needs your resipe on how to cook a tender grissle!
yea better cook it 1/2 frozen or the blood will leak through their crappy sealed package and polute all the rest of you food in the cooler.
