My name is Jackie Elliott and i had been a customer of yours for more than eight months and I have just recently deposited a check into my checking account. For some odd reason there is a hold place on the check that came from my school as a refund check. This is the same school where i received a $4,430 check in the beginning of this year in February 21 2023. and there was not a hold placed on that check. Therefore, my question is that why does your website advertise that if you make a deposit before 9pm eastern standard time the check deposit would be available the next day, According to your representatives there is nothing that can be done after i expressed that i did not have money to go to work and my bills for my credit cards and other bills are late. Since my check is on hold I have to miss three days of work because of some sort of foolishness that was not present before when I deposited a check at an even higher amount in February 2023. What are my options I even asked for just $20 dollars to be released until the rest of the check clears and I keep getting the same response from the each representative saying that there is nothing that they could do. what happened to providing good customer service and going above and beyond for a customer who has expressed a need for certain things to happen. I need to know who can help resolve this problem
