Earlier today I spoke to someone about lowering my interest rate. I have been a customer for years. A good one. I spoke to a representative who had no clue what she was doing so I asked for a manager. When the supervisor got on the phone she would not listen or answer the questions. She said you dont lower interest rates on the phone you evaluate accounts and then do that. I asked her again to explain, cause this makes no sense, how do you get your account evaluated, she said we just do. Umm so you randomly evaluate accounts and lower rates? she said no, ok so how do you? she could not and would not answer this question. I said so you never lower interest rates? she said yes we do, ok how? we evaluate. ok so how do you get it evaluated? she kept over talking and telling me she has told me every answer. No she has not. then she didnt like my tone, well I dont like being lied to and gaslit by my credit card company. What are you all trying to pull over there? I will be filing a huge complaint with the attorney general over this all and the banking commissioners. This is sickening to be treated like this when I have been a customer for 10 years.
