I am a mother of 3 and I live in Tullahoma, TN. I am a concerned citizen about 1 of your employees. I always look online for any arrest that are in my area or news that goes on in my neighborhood. You can't afford to have bad neighbors now a days. I recently found out that an employee of your company, Jennifer Stephens, was recently arrested for DUI & having a suspended license. I recognized her from the Captain D's at 1917 North Jackson Street in Tullahoma, TN. I only remember her because when I have gone into this restaurant and noticed her, she always looks sloppy, not clean and sluggish, like she is drunk. I have also seen her outside leaned up against the building smoking a cigarette & talking on her phone. When I drove by & looked at her, she yelled "What the [censor] are you looking at [censor]. This is not the image that I'm sure that you want to represent your company.

My food was sent back piece by peice..1st of all I ordered the fish lovers.. with side salad and corn..1st I returned the side salad with brown lettuce on it.. 2nd I returned the flounder which was hard on the bottom... 3rd the corn was so dry and tough, just threw it away. After I complainedn about.the flouunder the waitress brought 2 chicken nuggets to my table, didn't ask for nuggets I juse wanted my fresh flounde. When she returned with my flounder she was fustrated and started blowing irritating sounds under her breath. If you can't serve decent food Captain D's just close your doors and send Tara home. Not spending my money on b.s.
10 piece fish family meal
On Monday I went through the drive through around 4. I ordered a ten piece fish family meal with Cole slaw, French fries and green beans. When I got home about 40 minutes later and me and my family started making plates we realized the fish was raw. I immediately called back to the store was told the manager was busy so I left my number and name. She never returned my call but I have called everyday with the same excuse busy. I just want my meal replaced.

First of all, I have l have spent money with captain d's for a long time but I will not be again after the service I received today. I have worked fast food so I understand the struggle, however treating two customers differently based solely upon the color of their skin is something I will never tolerate or stomach. I had waited patiently 30 minutes already as a dine in customer, and eventually walked to the counter to sit on the couch in hopes of maybe receiving my food sometime soon. The cashier named tisha picked up my full order from the window and took two steps towards me so I stood and began to approach the counter just to watch her spin around sit my food on the back counter to help a black customer who had arrived after me I know and took two of my shrimp from each plate of my tray put it in this customers bag so her order would be complete and she could leave. This was one of the most ridiculous experiences with fast food I've ever had. So long captain, I think I'll have my fried fish minus the racism next time.

I visited Captain D's on yesterday July 4th. Yes I could have been grilling however; I wanted to eat at Captain D's big mistake after I got home I discover not only was my shrimp hard as a rock but they cheated me out of shrimp nor did they ask when taking my order if I wanted to purchase extra shrimp as they usually do. I went through the drive thru. I visited the restaurant located on Laburnum Ave/Williamsburg rd located Henrico, Va. Just awful and when I got home I didn't want to waste gas to drive back to get a new order as it should have been right the first time. I am very upset about the food and service.

Recently visited the Captain D’s in Cedartown, Ga. July 2nd 2017. I arrived around 8:55pm. When I got to drive thru line there was 2 orders ahead of me, one was receiving food and leaving. Now there’s 1 car ahead of me and another car has came up behind me. I only ordered 2 of the chocolate cakes. My total was $4.26. I sat in line 20 mins. The car behind me left. When I reached the window I said to the cashier “I’m not being rude but if you have someone with a big order or needing fresh food that takes awhile to cook/prepare, they need to be parked so you can handle your next car. Especially if their order is small or don’t take as long to prepare”. The lady/cashier rolled her eyes, took my money, handed me my cakes. I didn’t get a receipt, a thank you, or a I’m sorry. I have management experience in fast-food and that’s unacceptable. I know we all like to have fresh food but if my order had been food that didn’t take as long as the car in front of me by the time I got it it still would’ve been cold. Thanks for your time

I will never ever want to work for captain ds after my experience. Your bossier store has the worse manger ever. She talks restless to her employees in front of customers, she has made two of her employees cry in front of customers, she is always on her phone in her car smoking cigarettes. She is always finding a reason to leave the job and stay gone for hours and get mad when her employees aak for mike or robbie number so they can call on her, she has let her employees work in an extremely hot building when the air not working she will wait till her other mgr come in so she can call the folks to fix it, her daughter is always stealing hours, ahe always comes in with her mom and clock in with her when her shifts is not started yet. She has made one employee quit and they disn not know he evwn quit. He quit becauae everyday he came to work ahe would talk about him n sat he stinks in font of the workers and customers. She is the most unprofessional manger I have ever met. Im writing my concern because somebody needs to know what ia going on. But I am also taking legal matters as well because of what she did to me. I hope yall have a better way of giving jobs to folks that talk to they employees restless because the way she doing things and not letting the employees talk to someone higher then her is not right.

My granddaughter went to work there and has been working about 3 weeks the acting manager on 7/1/17 night called her a fat [censor] and told her she was worthless she came home after 8 hours of work without even a break crying I told her she will not go back no one should talk to any one like that the night before he hallowed at her and they heard it in the lobby .
If you have managers like that you will never keep a staff. The other lady told her to overlook it he was just that way that cannot be overlooked and shouldn't be. She would have gave a 2 weeks notice when she got ready to leave but not now she will not go back. The manager name is Mr Zack and her name is Gwendolyn Cummings. I hope you can look into this for the other workers sake.

First of all tho was the worst customer service with employees and the manager. I had a $20 gift card, after the drive person finally got our order right, which added an extra meal, but was so frustrated with trying to place the order I just told them to leave it. So i gab the cashier the $20 gift card, which total was $22.19, and was going to debit the $2.19. The cashier gives the card back n says there is only $2.19 on it. I told her I had never used the card, she called the manager over n the manager says there is only $2.19 on it. Still stunned she asks if it has been used I tell her no she says well I can't help what's on it. So I told them to Cancel the order, an left. When I was almost home I called the gift card number an entered the card number an it said my balance was $20.00. So I decide to turn around and go all the way back to captain D's. This time I go inside, an tell them I had come an had to cancel my order, but that i had called and checked the balance on in th card and there was $20 on it. The manager stood there and was arguing with me about it. So i finally ask her will she just check it, she still argued with me, so I said so this card is no good. That's when she gets the card n goes to check the balance an tells me the balance is $20.00, just as I already knew it was. So they just give me back the food they had cooked earlier the first time I ordered. That was also not right since I had slaw and it was warm. This was the worst experience i have ever had with fast food, and I will probably not ever visit tho store again. Because the manager was the rudest, she was taking the ladies order behind me was talking to her like a 5 yr old child. I could not believe the way the manager was treating people. So is this what Captain D's is supposed to be like. I myself have over 10 years experience in fast food business, and have never encountered this type of customer service.
ultimate seafood platter
I always have a problem at this captain d's#3513 in birmingham, alabama on centerpoint pkwy. I stopped there today on my way home from work. I ordered the ultimate seafood platter $8.99, cheesecake with topping. I asked that everything be cooked fresh! Only to get home and it was horrible! Fries were old and hard and dark brown. I could not chew them. The popcorn shrimp were just as dark and hard. The meal was disgusting. That was a wasted $12.73. Every time I go I have to take my food back. It really upsets me after working a 10 hour shift when I get home I don't want to leave back out to take food back. This store is the worst!

The food at Captain D's in Montgomery, Alabama (Chantilly) is the worst ever. I will never go to this restaurant again. The fish is cooked in very old grease. The vegetables (corn) are old and not fit to be eaten. The establishment needs to be closed. I will be calling the Montgomery Department of Public Health asking them to inspect this restaurant.

I was at one of your locations at Merchant Dr in Knoxville Tan. I ordered a lot of food and one of the employees lost my debit card! I ordered the food, paid for it. Then I decided to order some more food and I gave my debit card (a second time) to the cashier to pay with it and she never gave me my debit card back!
I assumed she forgot so I went ahead and told her and she simply denied. However, her and other employees tried to look for it but never found it!
Also they did not tell me they didn't find it, they just moved on to the next customer.(I guess trying to hide from the embarrassing situation). I stood there for good amount of time until I asked the cashier lady "Did you find my debit card" and she said "no".
This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.
It shocked the most that they didn't even apologize. They were careless and unprofessional.
Later on the same day I did call the store and asked to speak to the manager and he also didn't apologize, he was just making excuses.
I will never come back to this restaurant but I just it is good for you to know what kind of service your customers get
drive-thru wait time
I am currently waiting in the drive thru at your Grand location in Saint Louis Mo. trapped for 30 minutes and counting. The car I'm front of me was waiting at the order menu to love an order and cars pulled behind me and no one is taking orders. I would pull off but I'm stuck here. Like literally 30 minutes and they haven't bothered to come to the speaker to ask the customer in fromt of me for her order.

I had the worst service at the Louisville Ky. Preston hwy location. The cashier was under the influence, his eyes were 89% closed. Cashier gave my food away to customers before me. When I asked how much longer my order would be, he looked at me like he had never seen me before. Cashier asked for my receipt, yet him and the other cooks asked me what I ordered 5-7 times. I was thinking that they were making my food, but they wasn't if they had to ask me what I ordered again. Workers kept pushing out other customers orders, but had me waiting for my food about 45 minutes. Never once offered me my money back when everyone else in the restaurant was saying that they should and were wrong for steadily skipping my order. Then when I called the corporate office to explain, the person I spoke with seemed pretty unconcerned.

I went to Captain D's this past Sunday 6-11-17 on Halls Ferry Road (63033 zip code) around 2-2:30pm with my wife. while waiting for our food, we noticed a mouse which came from the kitchen area. my wife went to one of the cashiers to mention what she saw, and the cashier replied- "we know". the cashier mentioned that someone left the back door open and that's probably how the mouse got in the restaurant. the mouse was running around the entrance and then ran through a crack at the cashier stand. the cashier tried to assure us that the restaurant was clean. we were told that the Eco Lab was called (don't really know what that means).
my issue and concern is that no measures were done to trap this mouse. this mouse was running around the entrance area and what would of happened if it jumped on or even bit one of the customers? both cashiers along with drive thru order taker acted as if it was not a problem.
I would like to have this looked into.

I have worked at Captian D's In Russellville Kentucky. And I quit because the people there are so disrespectful and don't care about the job that is assigned. The Resturant itself is a complete disaster and is very unorginazed. Very unpleasant environment. Would never go there again. The Food is good. But the way people treat you is so disrespect and ridiculous. They need to have district manager or owner to come in there and fix these problems.

I go to GarnersFerry road Captain D's in Columbia SC. I went tonight to get Salmon. I have been going to get Salmon for the pass 4 weeks. Every time I go there I'm told the broiler is down. I have gone there on different days and times. How long should a broiler be down.The employees seem like they just there for a check. They.are slow. I'm tired of the same lie. I will find someplace else to get my salmon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CAPTAIN D.

I'm sending this on behalf of someone else. This so wrong in so many ways. I feel really bad for this couple, and as far as I know there is no sign that says you can't be seated while waiting on food.
Duke and I (Betty House) eat at Captain Ds every Wed and Sunday he always gets a seat while I order due to standing in line from a former back surgery, today however I had ordered he had a booth they made him get up and gave it to someone else he moved to another booth got his catsup fork and ect waiting for me to sit down they made him move again said the table was for someone else so needless to say he was so embarrassed he told me to get my money back and I did and we left, this was so humiliating to him being s Vietnam Veteran and standing in line for three years, there was no sign saying seat reserved for first come first served we have been eating here for two years. Was we wrong or impolite to leave ?

I eat at this restaurant often and the food is good but the customer service is very poor. I have spoken to becky the manager on several occasions about this issue and i think that she has no control over her employees. Dining in or drive- thru is the same rude, disrespectfull, unprofessional attitudes. Today 6/2/17 at 4:30. I went through drive-thru. As i was making my order i could hear a lot of chaos in the background and was put on hold twice. Once i finally pulled around to the window to pay i received quite a few stares and giggles from employees and jasmine my drive-thru server. I asked for condiments and she sucked her teeth and blowed like i was getting on her nerve. This is the same attitudes i see when dining in and as i have made this known to other friends and family, i found out they have experienced the same or similar. Please do something.
I got to captain d's often and the cashiers and servers are very rude, disrespectfull, and unprofessional. They don't have any training in customer relations.
I have dined in and use drive-thru and received the same or similar experience. I have also shared my experience with friends and family to find out that they to have received similar experience.
