food was horrible
I went to store # 205972 and ordered the seafood feast and added some more stuff I paid 37.30 got my food it looked hot and fresh as I requested got home and everything was completely grease! I bit into a breads tickets that I ordered and in the middle was nothing damn grease! I called the store back and they said sorry about that really. So I said let me taste the rest of my food and nothing but damn grease once again. My whole appetite was lost very disappointed at this time and won't be going back to any of your stores at all! Not sure if they are individually owed or not but if so they could care damn less.

1. Asked to have diet coke mixed with another drink. Was told they have a policy that they are not allowed to mix any drinks at the fountain. Stupid policy if true.
I really thought the server was too lazy to care what a customer wanted. But have asked a different server on another visit and was told "our policy says we can't miss drinks."
Again stupid policy if true.
2. Asked for rolls instead of hushpuppies with two takeout meals. Meals came out on tray and server started to close the container when she saw that the meals had rolls and hushpuppies. She immediately yelled back to the kitchen that these meals cannot have hushpuppies. She took the meals back to the cook demanding that the hushpuppies be removed.
Simple mistake but the server made sure that I didn't "take" hushpuppies that I didn't pay for.
Server was loud and rude about four hushpuppies for the two meals.
Guess hushpuppies are extremely expensive and Captain D's wouldn't want any customer taking any extra hushpuppies not paid for, even when it's their mistake.
Such a rude restaurant with stupid policies if true.
very rude cashier
I went through drive thru yesterday at the Captaim Ds Dallas GA location. And the girl at the window was very rude. She just shoved the bags into my car and slammed the window and returned to being on her phone. I never got the girls name but she was kind of tall a little chunky and black hair tha went a little past her neck. She had a fair skin tone

I visited Captain D's at location 3306 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31906.
I ordered my usual- 12 piece shrimp dinner with double green beans. I have never been more disappointed at the quality of the green beans. They literally had a whole box of black pepper in them. They were so spicy from the pepper, i was not able to eat them at all. Just money wasted, although my shrimp was good. I did call the store and talk with a manager- Mr. Brown, told him they needed to pull them off the line. I just don't see how anyone could stand to eat them. I do believe captain d's has a specific way food should be prepared. Had i not been sick with a bad cold, i would have taken them back, but i didn't.

Went for dinner. Stood at counter for a full 7 minutes with nobody coming to say hello or take our order. When one woman sees us, she acts flustered and says she is sorry that she didn't see us. The other two who had made eye contact with us but never acknowledged us even...murmured that they were going to say something but ... so we order. Three people are served before us. The tartar sauce dispenser was empty. I told one of the lazy ones and she gave me packets instead of filling it. I went up to get our food which was sitting there while the lazy one chatted away. I pointed to it. She slowly reached for it and handed it to me. No forks, spoons, etc ... the cole slaw was way too warm to eat. The vinegar had stuff floating in it ... which might be the way it is but the store's overall neglect and filth and the workers laziness and crappy attitudes leads me to not trust even the sanitary condition of the vinegar. The health department would shut this site down on the spot. You are going to poison someone soon. Good luck with that. Fire your staff and start over. This is a fail.
cold food and poor customer service
Was very unsatisfied and will not visit again after waiting 20 minutes and getting food that was not fresh.Not the first time this has happen at this same location.Fries were cold and look to be a hour old.There was maybe a total of 10 fries and 2 very small pieces of fish in meal.Customer service was not any better.Very disappointed to say the least.
I'm complaining about several things that had been gone on since I been hired.
Jameisha crowe Donna Crowe daughter Kimberly Brandy and lexgtion has been picking with since I have start at Captain D's in Ruston La. I'm not from Ruston I don't know too many people. However today has really gotten out of hand. I had just clocked in at 11:30 a.m. When all of sudden things was been said about an to me. I was talking to myself when I said I was gone an go home because I was sick of what I go through everyday . Meanwhile lexis go back an repeat what I said to Jameisha. An quote Jameisha say" ### Bye". I then turned to lex I said " lex I don't you running to phoo every time I say something to myself". So I told Tonnie I was just gone leave. An Jameisha wanted to keep gone on so she bucked at me I immediately felt threaten for my life, but I didn't touch her. As I'm get ready to walk out the door Jameisha ran at me fist first. We had a big altercation to where her cousin her aunt an the manger Tonnie went to holding me down while Jameisha is steady hitting. Until it was that the customers said they where gone to call the police. Jameisha then hurried an got an her car an left. I will be pressing charges. I work at captain d's and I was off monday nov. 7 2016 in pearl ms. worked the person hours the whole day. clocked in as I was supposed to and also clocked out. at the end of the work week. while I was clocking out and noticed I didn't have the correct hours. the days I worked scheduled were their but not the day that I had came in for the woman that called in. I suppose to have 28 hours and only seen 23:45 as on the printed schedule. need all my hours and pay for working

And as I was eating my food, I came across some hair in my fish cracklins, I immediately took the food back to the counter and told them, the manager on duty today was cooking, she replied to another employee"what do she want?
I replied I wanted my food cooked over,
She cooked it over but I received all except 1 piece of fish that she said I already had eaten. Then after that hair was on my hush puppy…
I only broke off a piece of the fish, when I seen the hair, then I immediately took it to the counter, I payed $12.00 for this meal and the manager never came up to the counter to apologize, ill never visit captain ds again! Manager was rude after I told her o was missing a piece of fish
telephone service
While I frequent captain d's several times a wk (Various locations) , I called the wesley chapel rd (Decatur, ga) store. My inquiry was whether call-in orders were taken. There was a pause/hold, but I was advised no. (I have been in this community a long time, and several years ago this was an option. ) it does not matter, but employees should make sure the telephone line is no longer open before making unprofessional comments. Ironically, a family member was picking up a call-in order from j&j fish. A stop was going to be made at captain d's for me. Do not make formidable competition more appealing, especially in such close proximity.
drive through and food
I sat in the bremen, ga captain ds drive through for over 13 mins.. Waiting on me and my girlfriends food, we sat there so long we didn't have time too go anywhere else, when we receive our food, the large drink was only half full, our fish was under cooked, the nashville fish was barely seasoned, they forgot too put our pickles that comes with the meal in the box.. My 4 piece fish was under cooked and my hush puppies were over cooked, we had too remind the cashier of sauces that he's forgotten and also too serve us our drinks which we found were not full at all.. I will visit the captain ds in another city before i come too work, i am a very disappointed customer

I went to the location on Sharon Amity in Charlotte, NC. on 10/20/16. I added the 5 shrimp for 1.59 and got home to find they were not in my bag. I tried to call and got no answer, so I went back to find no one there. My receipt said 9:57 so I guess they closed at 10:00. The next day I called and spoke with the manager (Ms. Brown) who did apologize but only said to come back for them after letting her know all I went through and how my other food was cold when I got ready to eat and the hushpuppies were undercooked and horrible. I felt the whole order should've been replaced.
Next time, don't go to a fast food joint 3 minutes before closing.

I have visited the captain D's in Fitzgerald Georgia several times, well on Tuesday night I took this elderly lady with me. I had two separate orders and the elderly lady received her food which was wrong so after several minutes of trying to get the girl at the window to understand we finally got her order right. Well I decided to get my husband a plate and after 30 minutes this girl with an attitude came back to asked me to move up needless to say I had to go in spoke with the management that seemed as if he was scared of the employees. The cook which was at the front went back to the kitchen saying smart remarks DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS STARTED BACK PREPARING FOOD, SHE STILL SMARTING OFF AT THE MOUTH...I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THESE DISRESPECTFUL CHILDREN WORKING THERE.(SHANESE) AT YHE WINDOW MANAGER(MACUTHEN) HE IS NICE BUT CAN'T HANDLE YHOSE KIDS NEED A NEW CREW FIRED THEM AND START OVER. OH NEVER GOT ALL MY FOOD AND IT WAS DO COLD WHAT I DID GET. I VISITED THERE IN COFFEE COUNTY THEY ROCK...VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My co workers and I visit captain d's in Fitzgerald 's daily for lunch. On numerous occasions we've asked that this employee (Latonya Scott) not handle our food.. She has an herpes outbreak bump that appears on her lower lip that has white substances exiting the wound. She has unacceptable white flakes that pays in her hair. We have spoken with her superiors and haven't seen change yet. Once again we feel she shouldn't handle food with such a thing on her mouth. We will boycott the store and publicly complain if changed aren't made please. We enjoy the resturant but people with such illness shouldn't be allowed to have food we consume.
unethical behaviour
Came here to eat with my family. The lady taking my order was disgusting. Her name was Tieshia. While taking our order, she was curling her hair and was getting irritated (sighing, rolling eyes, smacking lips, etc.) of us asking questions about the meals and was impatient as we chose our sides. We wanted the 4.99 meal, she told us there is no 4.99 meal so we went with the deluxe meal. Looking mad for no reason and taking her anger out on us. Kept looking at me as I was eating like she was talking about me with her coworker made me feel very uncomfortable.
I am amazed at how many people have no idea what the word unethical means.

I went to captain d's and placed my order, took a seat and i sat an sat and no food. After about 30 min. I asked about it and no response so i sat down again, several minute's later i asked for my money back, i got my money and left.I will never go back to that Captain D's . In my world FAST FOOD means the food will not take more than 5 min.

The customer service was so rude. First she rushed me to order, no welcome to captain Ds. or nothing. Then once to the window, she took the money and slammed the window. After she slung the food out the window my husband needed some sauce he asked for the sauced and she had a nasty attitude then when she handed it to him. He asked her "is something wrong, do everyone in there have an attitude" because the young lady behind her was upset about something also. He reply was " its Monday and we don't have time." First off, it was Tuesday and on top of that ITS YOUR JOB. THEYRE PAYING YOU SO YOU DONT HAVE NOTHING BUT TIME WHEN YOURE ON THEIR CLOCK GETTING THE MONEY. I JUST THOUGHT SHE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT WILL MAKE A LOYAL CUSTOMER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

ok my Mother out to dinner Sunday nite, after placing our order, cashier gave uS our drink cups, I asked for our side salads, She said someone will get them in a minute, my Mom who is in her mid 70 waited while I got the drinks aNd a table the place was busy with pEople waiting For their orders, one of the Employees gave out the wrong order which screwed everthing up, after a couple minutes my mom asked again, again wait a minute, after she had asked Three time the AssistanT Manager who she had been asking, Yelled at telling her She had other people waiting, and she needed to go sit dowN and wait her turn, my Mom didn't share this iNformation till after we got homE AfTer calling the Manager the next day basically I was told it didn't happen, there employees don't talk to custoMeRs like that So I called district manager which was a Total waste of time I guess they don't need my business or Yours don't go there
I went to Captain D's tonight & ordered a 2pc. fish meal with mac/cheese, fries & breadstick. When I opened my box, I was very disappointed with the results. The mac/cheese was mixed over into my fries. The mac & cheese usually be in a container by itself when ordered, but this time it wasn't. I talked to the manager concerning my food and they didn't want to fix it over again.

I ordered a fish & chicken dinner, Shrimp Scampi Dinner, and Deluxe Seafood Platter. The cashier gave me only 1 sour creme knowing i had 3 bake potatoes. The my Deluxe Seafood Platter shrimp & crab cakes wad burned. The customer service sucks. All the Baked Potatoes didn't taste right. smh ! $24.98 gone to waste!
