I bought my vehicle at the Russellville Carmart on July 30 2023
When I bought it it had the issue I'm having fixed now I said something about it but the sales guy didn't say anything
So now in November I'm getting it fixed but when I called about it the service and a manager said for me to take it somewhere and have it looked at and they will see if it is covered Which I had to pay 111.00 for which I have the platinum service contract and at the time I purchased the vehicle they just told me to bring it in and there is a 75.00 deductible but now I paid 111.00 to see what's wrong and I also have to pay a 75.00 deductible also when I brought it in they carmart said they have to check to see what's wrong so if they were going to do that anyways why did I have to bring it somewhere to have it looked at and pay that 111.00 for them to hook it up to a computer and pay a 75.00 deductible I shouldn't have had to pay that money for an outside mechanic to look at it if you are going to look at it also I'm already paying a ton of money for the car I did not have that extra money for the mechanic and the deductible
Desired outcome: I shouldn't have to pay the 75.00 deductible
