CardMember Services review: Harassing phone calls

I continuously get calls from this company and always ask to be removed from their list. Today I pressed 2 for more information and a male with a heavy accent answered. The recording said it was about my Chase interest rate, which I have my mortgage through. When he answered he said it's about lowering interest on my credit card. I told him I don't have a Chase credit card, his response was that he works for Visa/MasterCard and can help me lower my interest rate on any credit card. I explained I looked them up and they seem to be fraudulent. His response "F you, you F'ing W*re, you piece of f'ing [censored]" I told him not to call me again, his response "I'll call you every F'ing day, you f'ing [censored]"

I'm not sure how to get these people to stop calling me. I'll also be reporting them to FCC.com
