I have been receiving bills from CareCentrix since I received my CPAP machine in late 2022. Every time I received a bill, it was a different amount which caused me to question the amounts. I have tried calling CareCentrix over ten times and held on the phone multiple times for over an hour. I even tried calling first thing in the morning and got the same results. Each time I left a voicemail with my information and asked for a call back, I have never received a call back. After months of trying this, I decided to pay the amount due to just be done with CareCentrix and never hear from them again. I paid the amount due on April 14, 2023, and I still kept receiving their bills at my home asking for payment. They then submitted my bill to a collection agency which actually answered their phone, and I was able to send them my payment receipt for the amount CareCentrix was billing me for. It is now August 2023 and CareCentrix is still sending me inaccurate invoices. All of this feels like a scam, and I am extremely disappointed.
Desired outcome: I would like for my call to be returned and my account closed.
