Everlywell WOW! The customer service is non-existent

WOW! The customer service is non-existent. The phone number does not work, nor does any number associated with the business. I followed all instructions and keep getting automated emails stating there is an issue with my sample but offering no guidance on next steps. I will never waste my money on this company again.

Definitely a scam. I have documented celiac disease (gluten). I did the food sensitivity panel and the Everlywell test report came back that I am NOT sensitive to gluten. This is obviously incorrect and a scam. I am notifying my credit card company and demanding a refund.

Everlywell Ordered a test kit, got it within a week

Ordered a test kit, got it within a week. Completed the process and it has now been pending for over 3 weeks. I have sent multiple requests to find out what is taking so long with no responses. They do not have a customer service line that works. I paid hundreds of dollars for a test that I fear I will never get results on.

Everlywell Incredibly disappointed with food sensitivity test

Incredibly disappointed with food sensitivity test. Im 50 years of age and have known food allergies confirmed by tests with other drs. Everlywells test picked up none of these. I was hoping to get specifics to my known allergies of which there are 23. Their results showed No Food Allergies detected . Do not waste your money.

This company can apparently claim it's FSA eligible and take your money, when it's not. They get the money and you get stuck with the *** from your FSA provider that you MUST pay back or they will freeze your account. So if you can't afford it, you have no more access to your own money that you payed into your fsa account. Thanks for fking me over!

I wrote an email Everlywell on false food sensitivity results I got for them compared to my doctors office. On the everlywell food sensitivity results, they showed I was only sensitive to egg whites whereas my doctors office had flagged mustard, sesame, tree nuts and shellfish. None of which the everlywell food sensitivity test flagged. By providing false information everlywell is putting my health into jeopardy!

Six months after getting a negative result on a STD test, Everlywell's lab contacted me and told me the results could not be trusted and the results were invalid. I contacted Everlywell and they are wiping their hands clean of the situation and blaming the lab. After taking this test I took $600 of others and would like a refund of all tests. They could not sympathize with the implications of giving out false results of a STD test.

This is not a company I can recommend doing business with whatsoever. Your health is more important than the quality of service you get from them. I still have not received the results of my test (well past the promised date), and even if I do receive the results in the coming days I will not trust the results whatsoever. All this company does is offer excuses without taking customer concerns to heart. Highly recommend you just steer clear of these people.

I never ordered any test from this company and yet I was sent some - one for me and one for my husband. However, they did not accurately figure their postage for mailing either package so there was $4.00 due on each package -- not knowing who this company was and that I hadn't ordered anything -- I declined to accept these package and had the post office return them to this company. Now after checking them out under Complaintsboard.com and am so glad I didn't accept those packages !

Everlywell A complete rip-off

A complete rip-off. Two times I have collected and sent them a set of blood samples for home allergy testing. Both times they have told me that the sample sizes werent sufficiently sized to be processed. Both times it was all the blood I could muster for this test, even after following all of their instructions and tips. I requested a refund after return of the second test, but they won't issue me a refund. No customer service, no test results, only the purchase of a useless carboard box. Don't waste your money with these guys.

Everlywell I spent $300 on tests

I spent $300 on tests. 6 months later I received a phone call saying that one test was compromised and they asked if I would like a refund or new test. I asked for a refund. A couple weeks later, a new test showed up. I emailed and they said that since it was over 6 months, they can't refund my money! They offered a credit on their website or a new test, I refused and requested the refund that they offered. They said no, they can't. Now they won't even respond to emails. HORRIBLE! They were the ones that called and offered the refund! Ridiculous!

Everlywell Bought a women's sexual health kit

Bought a women's sexual health kit...waited 3 weeks for results which was too long so I went to the doctor instead. My test that I thought was private and never got results directly from them was given to the State Public Health! Two strangers from the state dept came to my home to tell my results! Mind you, I was already tested at a professional lab twice and was negative so I had to show these complete strangers documentation for info that was incorrect and wrong from this company that didn't even give me my own results! I was mortified and I hope everyone knows your information is NOT private! This company gave my name and apparently my home address!

Everlywell Takes a full month from purchase to get results

Takes a full month from purchase to get results. I ordered a food sensitivity test with the notion I would have results quickly. Nope. There was a delay in shipping to me, which was blamed on the pandemic. I got my test and mailed it back on the same day. There was a delay again for them to actually get it. You would think they would offer overnight shipping. Finally after a few emails, I get confirmation they got it but it will take ten more business days to get results. Had they advertised it takes this long I would have never got this test. I can't imagine how taking a covid test and waiting nearly 30 days is a logical thing. Won't buy ever from them again

it is not a business it is an excuse for not providing the service. I ordered 2 tests, both kits came late, when I was inquiring about the status of the order, the actual "customer service" response came a day after I shipment notification ( 4 days after my inquiry) with the "excuse" that they overloaded. I accept that. I registered the kits and shipped back the samples next day after registering the kits. Which was on July 29 th. On August 5th, I checked the status of my kits , according to the site it was "registered" with no further. I inquired with the Customer Support on that day. Received feedback on August 10th, that the lab is not able to process my sample with a screenshot of the actual test bearing the name of a different person.

I ordered a Women's Health kit that requires you to take a variety of samples throughout your cycle. I submitted samples but only one of them was sufficient enough (I mean come on, 15 spots to fill is a lot) so they want me to retest again. So that's another entire month to collect then wait again. I've asked them to release me with what samples were good and just let me re-test what wasn't sufficient but I keep getting different answers from different people. My ticket doesn't stay with one customer server but many and they provide no phone number to contact. So I ordered my kit early October and now I won't get results until mid-December! I really wish there was an easier way to contact someone and a way to get the results that they have instead of waiting and redoing.

I ordered a free food sensitivity test from Everlywell using a code from an influencer. The code was processed without issue, and the kit arrived in the mail. Step 1 is to register the kit with Everlywell. To do that, you have to create an account with the company. Then I followed the process to register the kit and got an error message. When I next checked my email, I had received a message from Everlywell (sent to the email address I had to provide in order to login) saying that the influencer promo was unauthorized and the kit is bogus. However, they would be happy to sell me any of their products at full price. This tactic is, at best, a bait and switch move. The whole experience reminded me of Elizabeth Holmes and the book *Bad Blood*. It makes me completely distrust the company.

When I went to try the food sensitivity test, I could not produce enough blood for the test. It involved a finger price up to two times which hurt immensely. Then I questioned how they actually test the results. You dab blood from your fingers onto a card of which it takes days to get to them. Im not a scientist, but I have an understanding that it is highly unlikely you can understand food sensitivity from blotted blood samples on cardstock. Everlywell does not disclose how samples are tested in advertisement. They also claim you can speak to customer support for any questions. That is not the case. They ask you to email them of which they did not respond to two of my questions including what to do if not enough blood was produced in a sterile way. I am so disappointed that it cost so much money and that it feels like a scam.

Everlywell I used one of Everlywell's kits to check on my sexual health

I used one of Everlywell's kits to check on my sexual health. I received positive results to which I immediately took to my doctor. I was retested there prior to taking any medication (I took the medication while I was waiting the second results). The results from my doctor came back negative to my disbelief. The INCORRECT results received from Everlywell caused a great deal of strain on my relationship. Additionally, I had to take unnecessary antibiotics which lead to a cascade of medical issues. This will clearly be costly. On top of this when I reached out to Everlywell, they did not respond for over a week. Their only method of contact has been email although I have repeatedly asked to be called. This unreliable company has made no attempts to amend the trouble they have caused my partner and I. Their poor customer service in combination with their faulty testing services assures that I (or anyone I know) will not be using their services again.

This company is just a scam, once they have your money you no longer matter. I purchased their Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test on 04/22. Took over a week to get my test delivered, received the test on 4/30, completed the test and mailed the sample back on 05/01. Shortly after I placed my order they updated their website to state that there would be delays in getting results for this test because their labs had failed to order the materials that they needed. As of 5/21 I still have not received results for a test that they sell for $260, literally the most expensive test that they sell. My sample is now nearly a month old and still has not been processed. I have no way of knowing how they store these samples, so I will have 0 faith in any results that they deliver, assuming they ever actually deliver them. Customer service is 0 help either. They stole my money a month ago and there's nothing to do about it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Everlywell Chlamydia & Gonorrhea Test

I'm pretty sure this is some sort of scam company, I completed a Gonarrehea Test going on a month ago and I still don't have any results despite their own website saying the result would be done with in a week. I tried sending in support tickets and got no response EVERY SINGLE TIME. I shouldn't have to list a public complain for you provide the service YOU WERE PAID FOR. I would never recommend this company to anyone for ANY REASON.

Test Delivered to their Labs: 05/09/23

There is absolutely no excuse for this terrible service, if someone doesn't get back to me I'm submitting a chargeback for the funds that where at this point stolen. How do you run a business like this?

Desired outcome: I want a refund, this is ridiculous.

This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of giving money. There is no way to get in contact with a actual person to resolve issues, everything is email and no one will get to you. Website claims results in a week and its been a month and still no contact. Stay far away from this company.

Everlywell I purchased an Everlywell Food Sensitivities test back in March this year

I purchased an Everlywell Food Sensitivities test back in March this year. They are not inexpensive tests, I paid over $200 for mine. This testing was to be used for diagnostic purposes for my declining health. I have an appointment with a GI doctor that I scheduled back in January, and May is the soonest I could get in. I figured that ordering my Everlywell test TWO MONTHS before the visit would be plenty of time, especially since their advertising campaigns, as well as information all over their website, claims you get results in about two weeks! Well, it's now May 12th and I have no results. The next time I can get a doctor appointment for this is in August. So I wait another three months thanks to Everlywell's false claims of expedient results! Meanwhile, when I log in to their website to see if there are any updates, it offers me a 50% off coupon for the test I've already ordered. That feels like injury to insult. This feels very much like a scam to me--I'm not alone here.

My test results were inaccurate. My blood was processed to late. My results showed no results. I spoke with the company and they promised to send me another kit or process a refund. I choose the replacement kit because I really wanted to have accurate results to confirm some food sensitivities I knew I had and had prior tested sensitive to at my doctors office. I followed up a few days later on the replacement kit and was told by a different representative that I would not be sent another kit nor a refund because they dont offer that. I fill like I was lied to and defrauded. I am requesting my money back. This company seems to be fraudulent and cannot be trusted with obtaining proper results. *** is horrible and not uniform in their policies.

I purchased a sensitivity test from Everlywell and received results on 11/09. The main reason for the test was to see if I still had an allergy to Kiwi. The test said I had a few mild and moderate allergies but gave me the minimum score on Kiwi allergy. Thinking I had grown out of the allergy I tried a Kiwi today 04/18/2022 and had an extremely high reaction to the Kiwi. I spoke with an urgent care doctor who told me I could have gone into Anaphylctic shock had I eaten much more than a tiny piece. The test absolutely did not work and was not only a waste of money but also a hazard to my health.

I am currently being charged $24.99 on a monthly basis for a subscription service. The only way to cancel the subscription is by emailing the company at *** I made my first attempt to cancel on March 30, 2022 by emailing their customer service email address and did not receive a response. I emailed again on 4/10/2022 and 4/12/2022 and have yet to receive a response. Per their website, they state they are experiencing delays in responding and they state they may take several business days. Several businesses days should not be a month to respond, all while they keep charging me for a service I do not want.

I purchased a test from Everylywell on 3/5/22 in the amount of $149.25 and paid $28 to have the test overnighted. As of 5/11/22 I had not received the test. I contacted the company and was told that my order was canceled because the address that I gave them was a "bad" *** or the *** cannot deliver to this address.The address that I gave them was my business address and we get deliveries here everyday from both *** and *** I asked them why I was never notified that my order was canceled & they told me that email was probably in my spam folder...it was not.I asked them why my order was not refunded if they canceled it...no answer.This company canceled my order without my knowledge...or so they say.They are still in possession of my funds a full 7 days after they admitted that they canceled my order.This company is fraudulent!

This company engages in misleading advertising, and then makes it impossible to seek resolution by speaking to a representative. They have no customer service phone line, and instead you are sent through an endless loop of emails that takes days to receive a response. My complaint is specifically about the Ovarian Reserve Test and their false advertising. I ordered 3 tests, expecting to be able to track my values over time. However, the results are only reported as in reference range or out of reference range, with no values given. Their advertising of this product is extremely misleading. What good is a test like this if it only says in reference or out of reference? This is a scam, it's not a real test with use or value to customers. When I asked for a refund I was told there is an excessive $15 "restocking" fee PER TEST, even though they don't want the test back, and they refused to refund me for the test already taken, even though it provided useless and meaningless information.

I bought everlywell *** Test kit for 204 common foods from Amazon Prime on 11/28. Upon opening, it has a card requiring registration before using. I followed the instructions and got on to the everlywell registration page and entered the UNIQUE KIT ID. However, it repeated refused to register and give me such a message: "We're having trouble registering this test. Please check the unique ID and try again or contact customer care."

The company claims to offer a food sensitivity product to test against 206 different foods. I've already been diagnosed with some food sensitivity by a doctor, but I took the test to see other foods I might be sensitive to. The results came back "NORMAL" for all 206 foods. This is impossible given my previously diagnosed sensitivities. I contacted the company and asked for a refund because I assumed the test was defective. They have refused to give a refund, which makes me think the company is a scam. I have initiated a charge back on my credit card, but would like the help of the *** as well. Their website has hundreds of only positive reviews but no apparent way to leave a review, so I cannot leave my negative review there. This makes me suspect the reviews may be fake as well.

I ordered the food sensitivity test a couple of weeks ago kit # LQZMIBG5943. The kit arrived and I followed all instructions and sent back. My test results came back yesterday stating I had one high food sensitivity which was vanilla, one moderate which bananas- both of which I never eat as I dont like bananas and dont use vanilla because I dont eat sweets. There were multiple mild sensitivities which most I never consume, including fish. This test is a complete scam and doesnt even give detail on the said sensitivities. I have requested a refund as this is not what I was expecting. This company does not deliver what they offer and left me even more confused than before. What a rip-off.

The lab lost half of the test kit and the only resolution provided was a replacement kit and trying again. Refund was refused on the grounds that my payment method cannot force them to pay because the kit was ordered more than 6 months ago. I paid nearly $100 to have a lab lose biological samples, essentially. Standards with this company are very low, and I want to warn others away. Ideally, I would also like a refund.

I wanted to file this complaint because of the issues I've had with this company. I don't want what happened to me happen to others. I asked nicely for a refund from this company but to no avail. I purchased a food sensitivity test from Everlywell in December. My results came back that I had sensitivity to certain foods. I'm a workout fanatic and when my test came up that I should stop having garlic, chicken, peppers, squash, milk and eggplant it made me upset that I need to eliminate these foods to help my sensitivity. I recently took another test that was more extensive about foods and seasonings. Now This is where I was upset and mad at this company. My test came back all opposite of the previous test. I eliminated those foods and threw out 1000's of dollars worth of food, sauces and seasoning. Only for them to tell me oh you can become insensitive to foods even if previously you came up that you did. The representative kept speaking me to in circles trying to justify their mistake

I bought two tests from this company and I have used this company before but not with the problems I am having now and Ive emailed them I realize Covid slows things down but I could of already went somewhere else to find out my results . It says they already have one of the tests in their possession and the other one is set to be delivered back to them on January 6th 2022. Their response to everything is we will get back to you in the order received . Like this is a way to put people off . If they cant give me results after spending over $50.00 I would like a refund simple as that . I tied calling the corporate number and that number does not work . Hmm shady .

I did however receive an email on January 20th telling me that the order had been delivered. It has not. I just want my money back.

Everlywell Everlywell has very convincing advertising and branding

Everlywell has very convincing advertising and branding. I bought two tests. The tests have been mailed to me, but I have not used or returned the tests for processing. After purchasing the tests, I noticed that their social media accounts have nowhere near the number of comments that one would expect compared to the number of followers---and almost no negative comments. These accounts are clearly heavily edited and controlled, so my trust in the company is diminished. As a result, I requested a refund. I haven't used their tests, and will return them to them---this should result in a refund just like it would with any other online purchase. Nowhere in the buying process was there a statement that the transaction was nonrefundable. I have tried 5 times to reach the customer service team; no response. With ***, once you send in the money, it's impossible to get any other support. Why would anyone trust a company who doesn't respond to customers at all with their "medical" data?

I ordered the Everlywell food sensitivity kit off of Amazon. When I received the kit and tried to register online, the website kept saying my unique kit id wasnt working and I needed to contact customer care. There is no customer care number to call and I have not received a response to my email request. I would like someone from the company to reach out to me to get this resolved. I spent over $100 on this kit and I cant even use it..? Absolutely ridiculous that this is even an issue.

My husband purchased me the Everlywell Food Sensitivity test since I already have eliminated garlic and coffee from my diet. I did so with the help of my primary care doctor and gastroenterologist who helped me find out what I was so severely intolerant to and it honestly changed my life. When I got my results back from Everly well it showed no sensitivity to either foods and I'm baffled. If someone was relying on this to give them honest health advice they would be screwed and could continue eating something that was making them ill. I can provide more order number or screenshots if need be but I was just so dissapointed that a company that claims to be provide health information is probably just a scam for money that sometimes gives people results.

I purchased a home COVID test from Everlywell on December 30th. Order Number R4DABC018A. I paid *** for the test and *** for rush shipping to get the test in 1-3 days. Total cost ***. I have not heard from them at all and the test hasn't even been sent out even though I paid for the guaranteed rushed delivery. There is no phone number to call the company on the website and the phone number I found on the internet is not a real number. I have emailed the customer service team 4 times with no response to any of the emails over the past several days. I want my order cancelled and my full *** refunded to me.

Everlywell I received a call from Everlywell's lab PWN, informing me that my test results were inconclusive and I would be receiving a refund for the test

I received a call from Everlywell's lab PWN, informing me that my test results were inconclusive and I would be receiving a refund for the test within 3 to 5 business days. A month went by and I called the lab back because there is no telephone or email address to reach customer service through ***'s website, you just go in circles with automation, so I called the number back and they gave me an email address: *** I emailed inquiring about the refund and a *** responded informing me that she had looked at my account and can confirm that a refund has been processed for my test and should be seen on the original payment method in 3 to 5 business days. After 14 days, I replied to that email, which she instructed to do if I had any further questions, asking for confirmation that it has been processed and went to the right account and gave them the paypal transaction number. They've gone silent and no one replies. Also, the phone # you have for them is invalid.

The company never makes claims that their kits can not be used for minors. It was not ever asked during purchase, during the instructional videos, or in the directions provided in our kits (THREE MISSED OPPORTUNITIES TO INFORM THE CONSUMERS BEFORE ADMINISTERING MEDICAL PROCEDURES ON MINORS WITHOUT RESULTS AND WITH FINANCIAL PENALTY). Only when I tried to register my kit was I told I can not use them for minors because of "safety concerns." Concerns I asked to be made more clear and asked if we could address them with proper information. I was told I could only receive partial refund. More over than the money I was not refunded I am livid that the company sites a concern for the well-being of children despite doing nothing to protect them from having useless medical procedures performed on them. The fact that we preformed the allergy test on them only to be told after they will not issue us results, full refund, or even contact us to discuss concerns. I have messaged multiple times and called asking to speak with someone on the phone.

Everlywell I placed an order with everlywell for a comprehensive food sensitivity test

I placed an order with everlywell for a comprehensive food sensitivity test. The order was placed directly through their website.My bank statement shows that Everlywell withdrew $155.40 from my bank account on Dec. 30. However, Everlywell never provided me with a confirmation email/notice, or an order number. I have not received the test,, have no order number,, and no confirmation that an order is in place at all.. But everlywell withdrew $155.40 from my bank account..If necessary I can provide a redacted bank statement showing the charge. This company does not support a customer service phone number. The website provides fields to submit questions/complaints to customer service via email. I emailed them twice over a period of several days using this provided tool. I requesting more information/a resolution in this matter and never heard back from them. I even provided my email and phone number to ensure they could reach me. I have not received any response via phone or in any email inbox (including spam). This is not right. I am owed a refund.

Everlywell My employer purchased EveryWell COVID-19 test kits for all staff

My employer purchased EveryWell COVID-19 test kits for all staff. I received my kit, followed the instructions for the test, registerd the test and my personal information on their website, and returned the test using the provided mailing label. After 9 days I have not received results (website says to expect results in 72 hours). 8 days after I had returned the test, I received an email from their customer support asking for my name an birthdate, but the email did not include any identifying details and seemed more like a phishing email, though it did come from their customer support email address. I responded to the email with concern about providing information over email and noted that I had provided the requested information when I registered the test. I sent a follow up email to their customer support email address (***) later that day. I have not received a response to either email, and one of the emails was bounced back as it could not be delivered. The customer support phone number listed on the website refers callers to contact them via email.

I found online that its common for it to take a few days to see any update to shipping information, so I gave it a few more days. After a week, I checked again and found that there was no update whatsoever. I reached out yesterday on their website early in the day, no response. I then emailed customer support and still no response. I just want my money back at this point. My dad just passed and I cant emotionally handle waiting for a bogus test I was going to take a chance on in case it helped me be healthier. After reading some of the complaints I am firm in my decision that I dont want to have them ship it and I would like it refunded. I will dispute the charge with my bank if need be, but Id rather not go through all that. I just want my money back. Definitely feel scammed out of the money. Ive attached the order confirmation email as well as the complaint email, their auto response, and my response to that. I have received nothing else except scam promo emails.

Everlywell I purchased multiple tests from Everlywell in May this year

I purchased multiple tests from Everlywell in May this year. I have used this service previously without issue, but this time around I have been told told multiple times that my samples were insufficient, that my sample expired while awaiting processing and worst of all for weeks on end I've been told nothing at all. I have gone through multiple rounds of uncomfortable blood testing for a few of the tests and have no results to show. I have carefully followed their instructions and yet have not received results nor have I received a refund after requesting it. I sent in my most recent sample for which I received a phone calling saying "There was an issue with my sample, I have been sent an email with additional information and I need to respond" - I never received that email and have heard nothing about it for over a month despite my sending emails. According to the Everlywell website I should receive results in days and I've planned my medical care around that being the case - yet here we are in August 4 months later, I've sent in nearly half a dozen tests and don't have a single result or a refund.

I purchased this kit over the holidays and was eager to test for specific food intolerances that I know exist. Specifically, I wanted to see if my egg intolerance was specific to egg whites or egg yolks. I submitted my sample and followed all directions as described in the box. When my results came back, it indicated that I did not have any food intolerances, and no issues with eggs. I contacted the company to let them know that this is false, as I am already aware that I have issues with eggs. They let me know that I needed to have eaten the food item (which makes me sick) within the last 4 weeks in order for my food intolerance to show up. Of the many, many foods they test, there are quite a few I had not had in the recent month, including seasonal fruit and rare meat. Therefore, the test should be labeled as "recently eaten food intolerance test." The representative acknowledged these directions are not included with the product but said it was my responsibility to look at the website. I asked for a refund or a new test, both of which were declined. This is an issue of poor product development, poor instructions, and false advertising.

Everlywell I ordered the *** Test in December

I ordered the *** Test in December . I read the entire website description at: https://www.everlywell.com/products/food-sensitivity-comprehensive-test/?vwo-variation=1. I also read the emails, including the "Don't collect your sample before reading this!" email. Only after I took the test and received the results did Everlywell state on the results page, with an (!): "This Food Sensitivity Test only detects foods that you have consumed recently." The website description states that 204 common foods are tested, but does not state that it only tests "regularly-eaten" foods, as was emailed to me today after I contacted Everlywell about this issue and prior to making this Complaintsboard.com complaint. I explained that had they been upfront about that, I would have prepared differently for the test. I asked for a refund or a replacement sent now that I know more than what is INCLUDED on their web page for this test. They refused. Their advertisement and instructions were misleading and lacking in information. Additionally, the test results stated that I have a reaction to one food: *** peppers. I absolutely hate *** peppers and that is most certainly not a "regularly-eaten" food and most definitely not something in my diet over the prior month. I am asking Complaintsboard.com to help resolve this with a refund.

Everlywell I purchased food allergy tests from Everylwell

I purchased food allergy tests from Everylwell. I initiated a membership to receive a discount. When attempting to cancel the membership after 3 months of unsatisfied results, I decided to cancel my membership. I went online to do so and was alarmed to see that my personal credit card is now applied to the account and cannot be removed. I was directed to use their email: *** to cancel the membership. After doing so, my membership was NOT cancelled. Instead, my personal credit card of which I did not provide to Everlywell was utilized to make a membership payment of $24.99. I initially provided my FSA card from my health care account. Now it appears after they have exhausted the funds from that account they are charging my personal card. I asked for invoices of the purchases as they are not clear online. They did not provide them, but then sent me dozens of emails with new items to purchase. They then sent me an email for feedback. I requested cancellation, I am now being charged and they will not STOP charging my personal account. This has resulted in bad accounting because I did not realize these charges were applied until after the fact. This is Fraud because I did not provide that credit card information and now it is being used with out my express consent, and is being used after I requested cancellation of the membership. This is bad business because they have never provided invoices of the amounts charged.

Everlywell Just a few weeks ago I purchased an Everly Well Food Sensitivity Test for my partner *** Ravenwood

Just a few weeks ago I purchased an Everly Well Food Sensitivity Test for my partner *** Ravenwood. I gave it to her and she took the test, sending in her blood samples. Online she received a list of foods she WAS sensitive to, and foods NOT sensitive to. *** already knew she was incredibly allergic and sensitive to all nuts and seeds, but wanted to see if there were other foods to avoid. The results came in and were completely bogus. It said that *** was not at all sensitive to nuts or seeds. Thinking the test was accurate and perhaps she no longer had a sensitivity to nuts, she ate just one bite of organic almond butter (essentially just crushed almonds, no other ingredients). Within minutes her face swelled up, her throat swelled, she had a rash across her face and neck and could not stop sneezing. For fear of her throat closing she drank liquid benedryl right away. It took hours for the face swelling to go down, and the remaining side effects stayed with her for almost a week. She was sneezing uncontrollably, her face was swelled and should could only eat liquid food for 48 hours. The test is completely inaccurate. I contacted Everly Well as I was the buyer of the product and explained the situation. They have not provided a refund. I then had *** email them with information about her nut allergy and they still would not provide a refund. I am submitting this claim to get a full refund of $103 from this company that provides inaccurate testing and almost sent my partner to the Emergency Room.I have attached copies of the test results showing that Almonds nor Peanuts were a sensitivity food. Not even at the MILD level.

Everlywell I am writing regarding an order placed on 30DECEMBER2021, Order number RA01973585 (Exhibit A)

I am writing regarding an order placed on 30DECEMBER2021, Order number RA01973585 (Exhibit A). This order was for two (2) COVID19 at-home sample collection kits with expedited shipping. I am seeking complete order cancellation and a full refund of $246.00. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Per the terms of sale, expedited shipping constituted delivery within 5 business days (Exhibit A). To date, I have received no shipping confirmation from your company, nor have I received the paid-for product. I have attempted, 3 times, between 30DECEMBER2021 and 8JANUARY2022, to work with your customer service team to understand the logistics going on here (Exhibit B). Everlywell has failed to provide adequate detail on the status of my order and has breached the original terms of sale (Contract). I requested a refund for my order and full cancellation given the terms of sale were changed without my approval (expedited shipping removed but the remainder of the order left in place); your company denied this. At this time, Everlywell has breached the terms of the Contract and is in violation of multiple state and federal laws. This letter serves as notice of my intent to recover the current debt owed of $246.00 by Everlywell (Debt).Demand for Remedy Everlywell is to immediately process a full refund of $246.00 to my credit card used on the order. Written proof of this refund shall be provided to me via email, Certified US Postal Mail or facsimile along with your response to this letter. Everlywell is to cancel any and all shipments to my residence. Any product(s) received will be returned to sender and Everlywell will bear the complete costs of any return shipping or associated fees, taxes and/or charges.

In July I purchased 5 covid at home antigen tests made by Ellume from the company Everlywell. My intent was to have the tests at home in case I needed to be testing myself for possible covid at a later date.Once the Omicron variant came, in the late fall/early winter, we wanted to test our family before visiting relatives for the holidays. We had to add an app to our phones for the testing.Then we were told there had been a voluntary recall of some of these Ellume tests and were asked to upload the batch numbers/product identifying codes. The reply came that the tests were not part of the recall.We proceeded to add a fair amount of personal identity information (which other tests do not require) and then took the test. Finally after the test was processed, the result came back that the results couldn't be evaluated because the test had been recalled. Even though they had already said it wasn't part of the recall.I sent a complaint to Everlywell through their customer service channels, with a copy of my receipt ($225!) and an explanation of the story. I sent them a photo of all 5 boxes/10 tests (4 boxes still unopened) and requested a refund. They sent me to Ellume for a refund. I sent the same complaint to them.There were several attempts to follow up and I was always met with some auto-reply and a request for a result from their app--for each of the tests...as if we would have continued to take 8 more tests (all from the same production time/batch numbers). I refused and said I would send them back the unopened boxes.They still have not refunded my original purchase of $225 and I still ahve a box here with 4 unopened boxes and one opened/used set of faulty tests. This is the responsibility of Ellume and Everlywell--Why should I be out $225 when their test was flawed/useless?

Everlywell On October 5 I purchased a Cholesterol and Lipids test from Everlywell

On October 5 I purchased a Cholesterol and Lipids test from Everlywell. This measured my total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides I received my results in mid-October and was alarmed when they were excessively increased from my results in January at my PCP's office. Specifically, my total cholesterol showed a 95% increase, HDL showed a 121% increase, LDL showed a 56% increase and triglycerides a 400% increase. I immediately sent an email to Everlywell and dealt with a Customer Care Representative, ***. I indicated that these results could not possibly have been MY results or in the alternative there was an issue with the processing. I asked for a refund. *** asked that I forward my January cholesterol and lipid results to Everlywell and their medical affairs team would investigate. After I week, I reached out to *** inquiring about their investigation. She indicated that the medical affairs team were standing by their results. They said a number of months had elapsed between the two tests and therefore my cholesterol and lipids could have increased. She refused to offer me a refund but did offer for me to retake the test. I refused to retake the test as I have no faith in the validity of Everlywell results or their quality control. Subsequently, I reached out to my PCP and she agreed that the results could not be MY results and for my peace of mind she ordered a cholesterol and lipid panel. I took that test on October 29th. These results (3 weeks after the Everlywell test) showed results almost identical to my January results. I sent these results to *** and again explained that these results now prove Everlywell results were wildly inaccurate. I again asked for a refund. I have not received any response from the company. This has caused me a great amount of angst and frustration.

Everlywell I ordered a Womens Health Test from Everlywell on October 18

I ordered a Womens Health Test from Everlywell on October 18. The cost was $150 because I had a coupon code. The Womens Health Test tests 11 hormones. It requires a finger *** blood test and a saliva test. It isnt evident from their packaging which hormones are tested by saliva and which are tested by blood. Evelywell does not offer a kit that tests altogether just the five hormones tested by the saliva only. On October 27, I contacted customer service because I was having trouble extracting enough blood from one finger *** to fill even one card (and two are required). After a series of emails back and forth on that day, I told them that I would simply send the saliva back and just wanted the tests that could be determined by the saliva only (since gathering the blood needed had been difficult and painful). *** responded via email that the lab would not be able to process just the saliva samples. She stated that I would have to send back 2 cards of blood plus the saliva samples in order to get any test results, and she offered a refund if that didn't work. I responded that I would like a manager to contact me. On October 28, *** from customer service called me. She echoed what *** had said, offering me a refund in addition to a coupon code to purchase additional tests. She sent an email putting all that we discussed in writing, including checking with the lab once again and offering a refund. That was Everywell's final communication with me. I emailed them 4 times since that email, asking about the lab response and making clear that I wanted a refund if they would not process saliva only (on ***, ***, *** 2:30pm, and *** 10:54pm). It is now 11/12 and no refund has been issued. My order number is R989834418, and I did include my order number in my last email to them.I have included copies of *** and *** emails as supporting documentation. Thank you for your time on this.

I ordered a Food Sensitivity Test from Everlywell on 12/13 for $95.40. I prepared to take the test on 1/18/22 by following the instructions in the printed *** I still had trouble getting enough blood to fill the 5 required circles. I used both lancets that came with the test but was only able to fill 4 circles.I emailed *** on 1/18. I received a response on 1/19 asking for photos of the card. I sent photos on 1/19 & received a reply asking for a photo of the back of the card from *** I replied w/a photo of the back of the card.On 1/21 I received a new, unsigned email asking for the photos as if I was starting over, but on the same email chain? I replied on 1/21 saying we are running around in circles. Here are the photos of the front & back again. I received a reply from *** saying it looks like the sample is sufficient and to send it in.I was hesitant to send in an uncompleted card, but I did.My results came back via email on 2/1 w/only mild sensitivity to 6 foods. I have known issues w/foods that were not on that list. I emailed on 2/2 saying my test results do not appear to be accurate. Could I rest to completely fill the card? "***" replied on 2/2 asking for more details. I answered her questions on 2/2. I started receiving responses from "***" on 2/3 that they don't do retests or refunds. She insisted the results are correct.My test is not accurate or it is not mine. I read reviews online and found they don't test *** their ads. They only test the foods on that list that you have recently eaten. 2 of my mild sensitivity items I have NEVER eaten: Sole and Winter Squash. I emailed again saying there must be a mix up of tests, and was told that is not possible. I should try a 2-part elimination diet. How can I eliminate foods I've never eaten?I'm very unhappy. They don't point out that it only tests foods you have recently eaten. This is false advertising and inaccurate results.
