I am writing to address an issue regarding my recent car rental reservation with your agency under voucher number CJT-[protected]

I was suprised by certain significant costs that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. Specifically, the requirement to making a deposit of 1500 euros, the request for an additional insurance payment of 500 euros, despite having already purchased insurance separately, and the unexpected charge for snow tire usage that were not outlined in the agreement.

As these additional costs were not properly communicated to me prior to the rental period, I find it necessary to cancel my reservation and request a full refund of the amount paid. It is crucial for customers to be fully informed of all associated expenses upfront to make informed decisions when entering into rental agreements.

I understand that the cancellation was made after the designated deadline, however, I firmly believe that a full refund is warranted given the circumstances surrounding the cancellation (cancellation number 47183931YU4) specially that cancellation was due to the lack of transparency regarding these additional costs.

I kindly request that you reconsider your policy and process a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

I urge you to review the details of my case and proceed with the refund.
