I dropped my car off for Service June 2024 and it is July 1 month and I have left several messages and when I get a return message Patrick never responded to getting me a loaner vehicle. I don’t care who’s warranty covered it; the fact that I paid extra for a service and he did not follow-up with me and I called to talk to him about it and he was very rude to me and I asked to speak to his manager and he hung up on me! Now I call my calls go to voicemail and they still have my car. I and my husband are going up there. The fact that this man is in customer service and he raised his voice and me and told me what I didn’t do, is beyond rude. I even left a message for his boss a day before this and he didn’t call me and check on me neither. 1st the part was on backorder, then someone hacked the system, then it’s coming from Germany; I still have no loaner car. Car was supposed to be ready today! Business day is over still no call…no car
Desired outcome: I want my car!!! I should not have to pay for something that is covered on my warranty
