Hello, I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. I pay my car note for the Monthly Powertrain Gold w/ Labor & Turbo plan and I expected much better. Earlier today I went into a mechanic shop to see if I can get my engine and catalytic converter checked out. My mechanic, ensuring that the diagnostic would be covered by Carshield, contacted Carshield to confirm that my insurance would cover the diagnostic. Interesting enough, Carshield did not cover my expenses. I am extremely displeased. I understand that Carshield may not be able to cover the catalytic converter, but why was it okay for the insurance company to still give the green light to perform and conduct a diagnostic on my vehicle without me knowing that my insurance wouldn't cover it? Also, I believed that Carshield would be able to cover any Engine related issues.
What exactly am I paying for if I am not able to receive these benefits for my vehicle, I'm looking at your website and it states that "This vehicle service contract is great for vehicles with over 100,000 miles. Coverage includes engine, transmission and water pump, as well as the starter, alternator, A/C and power window motors." - CarShield. Please resolve this immediately.
Desired outcome: I would like to get reimbursed my full amount that I spent on my diagnostic testing as well as get what I paid for with my insurance.
