Cash Advance USA review: Email threats and intimidation to pay cash advance

Getting harassing emails & threats to pay for a loan I never applied for back in 2018 according to some docket numbers they sent me.

So I did what an attorney told me to do. Freeze my credit file , also due to a breach of all my information found on a dark web. As Experian told me it happened this year .
I then contacted the Federal trade commission, to file a report of fraud, harassment & false representation of this company & made sure I sent the FTC the emails this cash advance sent me. & The illegal means to intimidate me to get money from me.

I've contacted the BBB. Of course the attorney general in my state.
So others are aware of the scams from this company, to lewd attempts to scam & harass or intimidate anyone.
You also can file with the FTC fair credit act complaints against any collector that tries to harass or intimidating you to pay. It is a violation of your rights .
When in doubt file a suit to protect your self.
