I have reviewed this, and this was sent to my bank and if you were looking past what my name is I had to put my information on your web site in order to download an put my card on the file in information to have a process to send of my own for small amount to a service for grass cutting so i see why you see my name, but i didn't authorize those transactions and was not made aware so that it could get stopped. I was at work during those hours or asleep. Your company neglected to look at the answers I gave to Kevin Your company rep at your claims line that I wasn't aware of any of this until I went to gas up my vehicle when they declined my card for insufficient funds and this happened in a week's time with my paycheck deposited into that personal account and money out of my private account because my card happened to be the one downloaded in your system. When I first opened this app, it was to pay my grass gardener for his services while i was at work. No, it is more evident that I am requesting your company to contact this person and return my money, you all know this is a lot of money of $3200.00, in such a short time and my bank also looked at this and I filed a police report as well suggested by my bank. I am asking to please return my money that you allowed someone to get from my personal account with our company. I have not used that service or that app at all since December for my grandson's birthday. I wouldn't and have not transferred that amount of money ever through an internet service and I don't have that to do with. This caused a lot of problems for me with my house bills and much more because your company will not investigate and return my money back, so, please reopen and look at this again. Of Course, my name is on there, it asked me my personal information to set that account up. I opened that account and used it for the gardener, you can see the history of what transactions I have done and when I did them, but I didn't do these transactions to a Shawnee Adams and I don't know her, I don't have that kind of money to just throw away to people I don't know, I don't have any one I owe that amount to and I want to close that app because of this, but I was told by Tony your claims rep that I needed to have open so that Cash App can put money in the account while they investigate and that has not happened. you all have allowed my money to go to someone I don't know by some one that was not me. I need for my money to be put back into my account. I don't know this person and didn't authorize this. Please assist in this issue.
