I subscribed risk free for foreclosure property search for $3.95 risk free trial in august 2008. that time I didn't know that after 1st month ccbill.com will start billing me at 39.95 a month. it could be written in very small letter somewhere. I didn't use this service for 3-4 months and I pay my bills automatically. since now they have charged me 4-5 payments of 39.95 without me using the service and no bills or reminders at home. they just want to earn easy money by just luring you into free stuff or at a very minimum price. do not fall for ccbill.com ever.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was billed $128.65(USD) from an adult site I did not subscribe to. It even says "followed by $109.80(USD) every 30 days." When i try to log in to my CCBill account with the subscription ID, it says NO SUBSCRIPTION FOUND. In other words: I can not log on to my CCbill account with it to cancel the recurring subscription, but had to use my credit card number. When I got to my page, it did not show any active subscriptions of any kind. Several e-mails later, I still got answers that everything was working fine and that I should be able to log on to this adult site I did not subscribe to. They were pretending not to be able to read, in other words. This is really scary - what kind of company is this? And considering the hundreds of similar complaints on this company on the net, why doesn't VISA simply ban it? End of story: Had to cancel my card and get a new one.
Same thing happened to me and I am VERY unhappy about it. This risk free trial for 3.95 has become a huge expense since you have been charging my credit card without authorization.
I signed up for a trial membership from foreclosure listings .com for $3.95. After 5 days, they charged me $39.95 even though I canceled the membership. They would not refund my money until I emailed the CEO of the company. The CEO is Ronald Cadwell.
His email address is ron@cwie.net He may not respond but I know this email address is valid because I got a read receipt on the message. If you have tried everything to get your money back, you may want to consider emailing him.
I know ccbill, they rate is also too high
I had this appear one my card about a month ago, i dont even know what the company is or does, I saw a $535 dollar charge and freaked, Luckily my bank reimbursed and went after the company.
I joined a web site that used CC Bill to collect the credit card information and charge my account. This was the first time I have used the credit card in months. Just got called from my bank fraud department asking about charges today. It was not me that placed any orders today. I have not used the card since the CC Bill charge. I do not even carry the credit card with me. The only way someone could get that number and use it would be by CC Bill giving out that information. They either gave it out or somebody that works there stole it. I called them and of course they say they didn't do anything wrong. How else could someone get my card number when I never use it except this one time. It did not happen by itself. I used the card for a CC bill charge and now I am dealing with fraudulent charges from other places online. CC Bill is the only place someone could have gotten that credit card number to use.
DO NOT USE CC BILL FOR ANY ONLINE SERVICES!
I have had the same thing happen to me. I did not authorize repeated monthly charges for this. I only authorized the original trial charge of 3.95. Now they are saying that if I dont have proof of having cancelled, then they are correct in charging me every month. I am disputing it with Capital One Visa.
I am not a happy camper and will never pay for some trial subscription of any sort again!

I Just found out today, 09/18/10, that i was being billed every 3 month, since 2003 for ccbill.com, for a porn site subscription. Even if people may have doubts, we never check those kind of things, and i'm choked to find this out today only. I though i was being charged with some kind of cooking magazine subscription or my husbands online game. Out of the curiosity because it has being so long, we called ccbill and they told us what they bill us for the last 7 years, every 3 month, $79.95.
I'm extremelly sad.
Their policy only refunds for the past 60 days.
Can i hire a lawyer? is there any way i can complain besides the ccbill?
What happens to the companies that were bound to get the payment? If they are not guilty of anything, do they get their money anyways?
I had a similar issue: An unapproved charge (recurring) via CCBill that I disputed 2 years ago. Today I was trying to make a transaction online, and the billing services used by this company is yet again CCBill. My payment authorization was declined. I checked with my bank in case an issue arose with my account but all was clear. I then called CCBill customer support and was informed that I was on a "black list" for having disputed a charge in the past and was therefore forever blocked from making any kind of transaction through their services.
Interesting practice! So basically, pay up fraudulent charges or if you dispute them, you are then blocked from making any kind of online payment if the billing company is the same as at the time of the fraudulent charge.
I am glad I was declined now that I know a bit better the ins of their system, but there is obviously something very fishy about CCBill (and I suppose any company that uses their services for billing purposes). Be warned when you see the CCBill logo on the payment page of any website: It spells trouble !
I have unauthorized charges on my credit card I want my money back.
JUne13, 2016 I am still awaiting information
