This company is such a joke i have contacted them trying to arrange a way for me to collect my card they cant help me at all and when i phone them most of the people that answer just say can you hear me now and when i respond they just put down out of 5 times calling them different days only 1 person helped me the rest just put down in my ear. i missed my delivery date because of work i wasn't able to go home quick i drive a lot, the lady that works for me she signed for my last credit card but now they just say no then i ask them can they drop it off at the nearest fnb they say no and when i am even willing to pick it up directly from them they just say no so how must i get my card if no one everyone puts the phone down on me and when i do get through they just say they cant help me.

I have been given so many reference numbers that I don't know which is the correct one anymore, but the latest one is [protected]. Basically, when my card was ready for delivery, CCD asked I contact them to make arrangements for delivery. They told me that I had to work through my FNB Banker to have the card delivered in New Zealand. I returned all the forms to the Banker on the 29th September. I was then told that the card would be delivered in a few days. I then contacted them at the end of the 1st week of October and was told it was on its way and would be delivered by Wednesday 11th. It still hadn't arrived by Thursday; I contacted them again and was told that they would be delivering it on Friday, 13th. I took off work to wait for the card, which again did not arrive. I then phoned again and then was told that the card was lying in Johannesburg still.
The Bankers at FNB have gone out of their way to help me and I can't understand why FNB still uses this company that clearly is disjointed in their operations.
All I wanted was my card to be delivered when they say they would and then to delivery it when they say would!

I spoke to the lady by the name of Mohlago Phala On the 2nd of August at around 9h45 as she offered me a bribe for quick delivery but I refused because I was out of the country and I am still waiting for my card, to be safe just don't go to CCD if you need a card renewal rather go straight to the bank. I have been waiting for my credit card since June so I wont use you guys anymore you are disgusting. :(
cell phone still no delivery

My I cell ref 1465212 received a sms that my delivery will be delivered between 11 am and 1pm at my place of work on the 6/02/2017 at 7.01 the morning of the 06/02/2017 as a confirmation. On the same day at 12.06pm I got another sms stating that the courier is on route to me and will arrive in 19 mins, today is the 08/06/2017 I had no delivery. this is unacceptable.

This is the worst service I have ever received in my entrire life and I deal with courier companies everyday.
FNB should really think of using another company. Wait never mind. FNB is useless and they use a useless courier company.

I would be please CCD to please contact me, I've tried numerous times to contact you guys to make arrangements for delivery on my bank card.
I am unable to do anything cause I do not have a card. You guys make a committed time to deliver and do not honor that booking date.
You guys then selected a date that suites your schedule to deliver not confirming with me - since I was not available on that specific day
I have still not received confirmation from you guys to reschedule, please do not select a date that suits you please contact me and confirm!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your attention the incident that took place today with your branch in Durban. The entire Durban branch is a bunch of amateurs and novices. I was due to receive/sign for my Discovery Card today. CCD Couriers called me on Thursday last week notifying me that the Discovery Card was going to be delivered on Monday, 5th of June 2017 between 8am to 10am sharp. This was their arrangement and not mine. I then made an arrangement with my office to start work at exactly 10h30am after having the card delivered to my home.
I took my daughter to school as early as 07h30am to accommodate the courier service in question. I called the their offices at 09h30am seeing that they were not making any contacts as to their whereabouts and also seeing that I might be late for work, I then took the initiative to make the call. I went through the reception desk and was transferred to dispatch, the guy who answered the phone promised to get hold of the driver and get back to me with the feedback but he never did. I called again at 10am and spoke to another different guy who contacted the driver and let me speak to him via a conference call. The driver told me that he had 3 more calls to do and he was going to come to my area next. I wasn't pleased with his attitude and he said that I should give him 15 minutes and he hung up on me. I called again for the third time at 10:15 and the lady this time answered and told me that she can't get hold of the driver and promised to keep trying until he can locate him and would call me back. She never did. I called again at 10:46 and another lady answered and spoke to the driver who she claimed the driver told her that she was unable to talk because he was with a client. I asked the lady if it was a white client, would they have made him wait this long when they were the ones who made the arrangement to be at his premises between 8 am and 10 am? She replied by saying that she would have. Well, I do believe she was lying and defending her driver and not worrying about my time at work that was being compromised, and never apologized for this amateurish and novice behavior from this company. I demand that CCD Couriers return the card back to Discovery and that Discovery must send the card back with a different and reliable courier company that knows their job and respect clients times. I demand a full apology from these amateurs in your Durban branch and don't wish to deal with them ever again. I will also make sure that our offices never deal with your company by any chance. I will make sure of this. The driver then called me after 11am and asked me if I was home as if I was his garden boy waiting for him to give me food. He never offered any apology for my wasted time and inconvenience. Yeah, who am I fooling here, the driver is an Indian and I am black. Maybe in his opinion, that makes him think he is more superior than I am. I have also reported this matter to Discovery.

On the 23 May a courier from CCD couriers arrived with a credit card delivery. This delivery was unannounced. I had received a call in advance, but as I was unable to commit to a time, I was advised that I would receive a call in advance. This never happened.
As is standard, I was a asked for a scan of my ID. I was then asked for a hard copy. I in turn asked that I get a copy of the courier's ID. He refused to oblige. He was not wearing a unifom and I was not in a position to see if he had come in a branded vehicle. He had no form of identification. He offered to show me his drivers license, but would let me make a copy. I said that I wanted to speak to somebody from his office but the number that he provided came back as non existent.
I have subsequently attempted to phone [protected] on several occasion in an attempt to get hold of a member of management. This has proved fruitless, I was put on hold and cut off after holding for in excess of 5 minutes. I was constantly referred to dialing the number that I had already dialed, overall a real circus.
In today's world where identity theft is rife, it is not unreasonable to expect the courier to provide identification.
Please advise how this issue can be resolved.
constant phone calls early in the morning despite application being denied
I applied for a credit card online. I believe it was denied due to the fact that I work remotely for an overseas company and will need to apply at a branch instead. I first received a call from CCD at 7am. After asking my date of birth the woman tells me they are having computer problems and asks if she can call back. Then I get another call from her and after she asks a few personal detail questions she says oh wait your application has been denied. The next day I get another call at 7:30am and it sounds like the same woman. I ask her if she can't see that the system says my application was denied to which she replied "oh yes, sorry" or something like that. The next morning I get another call at 7:30am. This time it is a man and after saying hello he hangs up. I have now blacklisted their number, but the log on my phone shows they have tried to contact me twice this morning around 7:30am again. They then called my landline, but I did not answer the phone. If this is in fact CCD the level of incompetence is astounding and I would not trust their service to deliver anything let alone a credit card! If this isn't them that would be even more worrying, but considering the interaction I've had I am more inclined to believe this is in fact CCD. The number they are calling me from is +[protected].
life put at risk because of courier
My FNB Cheque card was meant to be delivered to me but as the courier could not find my site after I had sent him coordinates, I arranged to meet him after work. When I contacted him after work he was in Sun City for some reason and told me to meet him at a garage in town. When I arrived at the garage and tried to contact him, his phone was off. As I was about to leave the garage two men attemped to hijack me. I managed to get away but was stabbed in my hand. I do not understand why FNB continues to use this company as it is not the first time I have had issues with them and their low levels of service. This time my life was put at risk by their driver.
They lie and pass the buck around
They informed me last week 9/10/06 that my card was coming to cape town. This week they tell me that he card is still in JHB. They lie and pass the buck around. It is unacceptable. Now i find out that they dont communicate. Cape town cannot call Jhb. whoever heard of running a business like that. they must have come in with the lowest bid.
Poor delivery service. I made a payment for rain home 5G Wifi on Monday the 3oth - Oct 2023. They said it will be delivered during 3-5 working days, even today I'm still waiting. They don't know customer satisfaction! This Courier is not useful at all
I am not happy about the courier company they are 2 hours late and I must pay for something that is late and the customer services is rude 😒 and the courier guy also is so rude
I actually called in this morning changing my number because my phone broke.. before the delivery i called them to tell the driver too contact me on the alternative number which was never done! so now i need to reschedule because of that.. this does not make sense to me at all..! POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Had special instructions for delivery time. They came at wrong time phoned head office like 40 times week letter still no package delivery or any phone calls to arrange
Courier service is not accommodating. People work and have work time to abide by and courier is not willing to compromise with customers to help them previous companies I have dealt with are much more customer friendly I had an issue with delivery time and was offered no help and I also get told my complaint won't get attention
CCD couriers was supposed to deliver my FNB credit card at work so when I got to the reception they already left. But when I call their number they don't pick up.. This is soooo annoying FNB should stop using them
