I had made a reservation online to stay at a hotel in July for a sports event in mid July 3 months away from now. When I canceled it 2 days later and asking for a refund the customer service said that they could not refund my money due to the cancellation policy that they would have to check with their hotel partners to see if they would refund the money, I've received several e-mails in regards to these conversations still no refund therefore I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint and be writing a review on their website.
Desired outcome: Refund
