I recv my shoulder holster for my left handed CZ83.  Two days after it's arrival one of the grommets connecting the shoulder strap to the leather square in the center of the back fell out.  I need the brown shoulder strap piece replaced or a return order number so I can ship it back for a refund. CCW Supply, LLC Goods not received

Company does not deliver items and does not reply to e-mail inquires. After numerous attempt to contact them via e-mail or by phone and get no answer. on one occasion was able to get a hold of a Phillp Smith and he said that items would be shiped on 2/11/09 and that I would get them in a few days. Been waiting for 3 months. Right now I count myself lucky, I could have place a order for a few hundred dollars. Right now the lost is only $54.00.

I ordered a holster from this company over a YEAR ago. Phone is never answered and e-mails not replied to. Do not purchase anything from this company. Zero product and NO customer service. If you need to throw money away then send it to me! I'm out 50 bucks to this scam artist. Beware.

Same story. I ordered a holster in late December 2011 from CCW Supply; almost immediately I received an email with order number accepting my order and stating it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Also, within the email is a statement they will charge me $60 if I need to cancel the order unless I send the cancellation via snail mail. I've sent 4 emails asking for a status update not a single reply. I guess my time to write them isn't as important as the time it would take to send a response. I'm not going to waste any more of my time calling the company - there are too many other good companies out there. Phil - I'm cancelling my order - sue me, or if you've got a set, come on down and we can discuss this. I don't appreciate a fraud. Never buy from this company.

I fell into the same trap with CCW Supply. Placed an order, after three months, numerous emails, phone calls, and even a certified cancellation letter, I did what I should have done from jumpstreet and called Ross Leather. Theresa at Ross was very helpful getting me what I needed and I had my order in hand within days (including Thanksgiving day). I have nothing good to say about Phil and nothing but good to say about Theresa. Hopefully Phil will be shut down before he rips anyone else off. I sure don't want to be anywhere near this guy when his karma train comes crashing through his living room window.

I too placed an order 2 months ago. I sent emails, tried calling the number but of course the mail box is full. So I sent a letter to cancel the order as outlined in the email confirming my original order and wouldn't you know, the day they get it, they charge my account. What a scam...I wonder how long it will take to get my order now that it has been charged. I checked the BBB and they have an "F" with them. Boy I wished I did my homework on this outfit before ordering. Won't make that mistake again.

I live way down in southeast Kansas. But maybe some one could google where he is and if they live any where close then go confront this guy. I've read where others have went to the BBB and still nothing was done. And of others in law enforcement going to go after this guy. I just don't understand but he has been doing this a long time and obviously some how knows he can get by with it. If you read these Phil, some day some one you've done this to IS going to catch up with you.

I ordered $90 worth of merchandise over two months ago. Received order confirmation via email. Tried to call and email numerous times, voice mailbox full and he would not answer my email. Very disappointed and pissed! Guess I just bought him a few dinners...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GUY! And I too am going to file charges, I also work in Law Enforcement and this is illegal. Good luck in court!
