Ceaco Puzzle Review: Poor Quality and Frustration
I gotta say, I've been putting together puzzles for a long time now, and I gotta say, the puzzle from Ceaco was a real doozy. I mean, I've never seen a puzzle fall apart like this one did. Some of the pieces just straight up came apart from the picture part and the card backing, leaving me with a puzzle that was incomplete and falling apart. It was a real bummer, man.
Honestly, Ceaco needs to get their act together and find a new manufacturer or a new binding process or something. I mean, I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some changes, because I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the same frustration that I did.
Anyway, that's my two cents. If you're thinking about buying a puzzle from Ceaco, just be warned that you might be in for a rough time.
Disappointing Experience with Ceaco Seaside 10 Pack Puzzles: Missing Pieces and No Response from Customer Service
Me and my fam wanted to have a chill weekend and we thought, why not do some puzzles? So I went ahead and bought the Ceaco Seaside 10 pack puzzles box set. We were all excited to start but when we opened the first puzzle, we found out that there were missing pieces! And it's not just one or two, it's a lot! The first puzzle was missing 3 pieces, the second one was missing 2, the third one was missing 6, and the fourth one was missing 1. It's so frustrating because we were all looking forward to finishing the puzzles but we can't because of the missing pieces.
My fam is not really into puzzles but they agreed to do it with me because they know how much I love it. But because of this experience, they don't want to do puzzles anymore. And I don't blame them. It's not fun when you can't finish what you started.
I tried to contact Ceaco about the missing pieces but they haven't replied to any of my messages. It's so disappointing because I thought they would at least try to make it right. But no, they just ignored me.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Ceaco to anyone. They have made a terrible impression on my family and we won't be buying from them again. It's just not worth the frustration and disappointment.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Ceaco Puzzles
I bought some puzzles from Ceaco (ceaco.com) on December 21st. I was so excited to receive them quickly so that I could choose one to do with my friends on New Year's Eve. However, I was disappointed when they didn't ship right away. I waited and waited, but they didn't ship until January 6th! I was so frustrated that I emailed customer service on January 2nd to see what was going on. I even asked them to cancel my order if it hadn't shipped yet. But they didn't get back to me until today! Can you believe it? They blamed FedEx for the delay, but I don't think that's a good excuse. I also only received three of the four puzzles I ordered, and they didn't say anything about a back order. I'm really disappointed with the customer service at Ceaco. It's just not acceptable.
Ceaco Puzzle Review: Frustrating and Disappointing Experience
I gotta tell ya, we just got our hands on a fresh Ceaco puzzle and boy oh boy, it was a real doozy. We started off by trying to separate the border pieces from the rest of the bunch, but let me tell ya, it was a real struggle. A whole bunch of those pieces were stuck together like glue, not like someone had already worked on it, but like they hadn't even been cut all the way through. And let me tell ya, trying to separate those clumps of pieces was a real pain in the you-know-what. It was like trying to peel a sticker off a piece of paper, but way harder. And if you tried too hard, you'd end up tearing the backing off and ruining the whole darn thing.
Now, I ain't one to complain, but this puzzle was just plain frustrating. And let me tell ya, I've been around the block a few times - I'm 56 years young - and I've never felt so let down by a puzzle before. We've been working on a ton of puzzles during this whole Coronavirus quarantine situation, and this one just put a real damper on things. It's already stressful enough being cooped up inside all day, but when you can't even get your puzzle pieces apart without ruining them, well, that's just a whole 'nother level of stress.
So, if you're thinking about buying a Ceaco puzzle, I'd say stay away. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Ceaco Puzzle Review: Missing Pieces, Duplicate Edges, and Poor Quality Control - Avoid at All Costs!
I recently purchased a puzzle from Ceaco (ceaco.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. Upon opening the box, I noticed that there were many edge pieces missing and to make matters worse, I found 3 duplicate pieces - all on the edge. This was extremely frustrating and made me question the quality control of the company. I can only imagine how many more missing or duplicate pieces there would be throughout the puzzle.
To add insult to injury, I also noticed that many of the pieces were not cut all the way through and some were even delaminating. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to spending some quality time putting together this puzzle.
I am left wondering how a company in the puzzle business can't get the most basic quality control correct. It's almost as if they cut the pieces for many puzzles, allow them to mix together and just shove them into random boxes. I would strongly advise against purchasing a puzzle from Ceaco.
I can't help but wonder which 3rd world sweatshop they are making these in. It's a shame that a company would sacrifice quality for profit. If I could, I would give this puzzle 0 stars.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: Sauvage X Salvaje Tiger Puzzle Review
Me and my 18 buddies were looking for something fun to do one night, and we decided to buy the Sauvage X Salvaje Tiger Puzzle from Ceaco. We thought it would be a great way to exercise our youthful minds and start a new tradition. But let me tell you, we've had nothing but problems with this puzzle.
First of all, we're missing at least two pieces! Can you believe it? And when we tried to contact customer support, they didn't even bother to respond. What kind of company treats their customers like that? It's just plain disrespectful.
But that's not all. Even the pieces we do have don't match the colors in the picture. It's like they didn't even try to make it look right. We're really disappointed in the quality of this puzzle.
We're definitely in need of a refund, and it's no wonder that Ceaco only has a 1.7 star rating and is ranked 38th overall as a puzzle company. It's just not worth the money or the hassle. We're really disgusted with our experience.
Disappointing Quality and Frustrating Assembly: Ceaco Puzzle Review
This puzzle is a real head-scratcher! I don't mind a challenge, but it feels like I've already put it together three times over. The pieces don't lock in place, so I'm constantly having to redo sections because one piece throws off the whole thing. It's driving me bonkers! I don't think I'll be buying any more Ceaco puzzles after this one. Usually, I pass them along to friends or family, but this one is going straight in the trash.
To make matters worse, the layers of the puzzle are starting to come apart, and the top coating is peeling off. I've had to glue the picture to the backing just to keep it together. I've never had to do that with any other puzzle brand. These puzzles are a real letdown!
Mixed feelings about Ceaco's "Harmony" puzzle - a review
Got myself a 550 piece puzzle from Ceaco called "Harmony" hoping it would be a nice break from the 1,000 piece ones. Gotta say, it was a mixed bag.
On the plus side, the picture was really pretty and the printing was top-notch. It was a real treat to look at while I was working on it.
But, on the downside, there were a lot of problems. The pieces were pretty thin, which made them feel kind of flimsy. There was also a lot of dust, which was kind of annoying. And, worst of all, the picture started to lift off the pieces in some places. That was a real bummer.
But the real kicker was that a lot of the pieces were really similar to each other. They were almost the same shape and pattern, but not quite. It was really frustrating trying to get them to fit together. I almost gave up a few times, but I stuck with it.
I mean, come on, puzzles are supposed to be fun, right? But this one was just annoying. I usually keep my puzzles to do again or give away, but I think I'm just gonna toss this one. I don't want to subject my friends to the same frustration I went through.
Disappointing Experience with Ceaco Puzzles: Missing Pieces and Poor Customer Service
I bought some puzzles from Ceaco's website 'cause I was stuck in the house and needed something to do. I got 3 of 'em - one was a big ol' 2000 piece puzzle and the other two were 1500 pieces. I spent hours workin' on the 2000 piece one and finally got to the end, but guess what? One piece was missin'! And the 1500 piece ones were missin' pieces too! I didn't even bother tryin' the third puzzle.
So I emailed their customer service and they said they'd send me two new puzzles. I even asked for specific ones 'cause I already own so many puzzles. But then, a few months later, I only got one replacement puzzle and it was one I already had!
They still owe me a replacement for the 2000 piece puzzle, but I emailed 'em last month and never heard back. I'm probably just gonna have to give up and never buy anything from Ceaco again. I wish they'd just give me my money back at this point.
Disappointing Experience with Ceaco: Missing Puzzle Piece and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Ceaco that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had spent a whopping 36 hours working on a stunning 2,000 piece Thomas Kinkade Disney puzzle, only to discover that a single piece was missing at the very end. Naturally, I was quite upset, but I figured I could reach out to the contact listed on the box to get a replacement piece.
Unfortunately, it turned out that the email address listed on the box was outdated. This was definitely annoying, but I was able to track down the correct contact information online and sent off a message explaining my situation.
A few weeks later, I received a package in the mail containing a 1,500 piece Disney Villains puzzle. There was no note or explanation included, and I was left feeling confused and disappointed. This puzzle was nowhere near a suitable replacement for the one I had spent so much time on.
I decided to reach out to Ceaco again, but this time via email. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get through to them via phone. I received a message back stating that the correct puzzle was out of stock and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. While I appreciated the apology, I was still left without a solution. I didn't want a different puzzle - I wanted the one I had spent so much time on.
To make matters worse, I found the customer service representatives to be quite rude and unhelpful. It was clear that they didn't care about finding a replacement puzzle that I would value. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Ceaco and would not recommend them to others.
Ceaco Complaints 10
Disappointed with Ceaco Puzzles: Missing Pieces in Four of Them!
I bought a bunch of puzzles from Ceaco and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I've done a few of them already and FOUR of them had missing pieces! Like, what the heck? That's not cool. They need to step up their game and make sure their puzzles are complete before they send them out. It's a real bummer because the pictures are super pretty and I was hoping to hang them up when I was done, but now I can't because they're not complete. I'm gonna have to find a new puzzle company to buy from because this is just not working out. Come on, Ceaco, get it together!
Disappointing Experience with Ceaco Holiday Puzzles: Missing Pieces and Poor Fit
Got gifted the Thomas Kincade holiday 4 puzzle box and was pretty excited to get started on it. But, dang, it's been a real bummer so far. Three out of the four puzzles are missing pieces and one of them has two pieces that just don't fit right. It's a real shame, because I was looking forward to spending some quality time with my family putting these puzzles together.
After reading some other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who's had issues with Ceaco puzzles. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like this company. But if they're not doing anything to improve their product, then I don't see why I should bother buying from them again.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Ceaco. I was hoping for a fun and relaxing activity, but instead I got a frustrating mess. Hopefully they'll start taking customer complaints seriously and work on improving their puzzles. Until then, I'll be looking elsewhere for my puzzle fix.
Disappointing Experience with Ceaco Puzzle: Missing Pieces and Delayed Replacement
So, I bought a 300 piece puzzle from Ceaco and it was missing some pieces. I reached out to them and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get a replacement. It's been a while now and I still haven't received it. They told me that their warehouse moved, but I think they should have sent me the replacement puzzle by now. I can get through to them on the phone, but still no puzzle. I'm starting to get pretty annoyed with this whole situation.

Ceaco Puzzle Review: Missing Pieces Disappointing, Quality Good
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on a puzzle from Ceaco. I had heard some good things about them, and I was ready to put my puzzling skills to the test. But let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed when I opened up the box and found that I was missing not one, not two, but FOUR pieces! I mean, come on, Ceaco, what's up with that?
Now, I know some folks might say that maybe I just lost the pieces myself, but let me tell you, I am super careful about keeping track of all my puzzle pieces. I've been doing puzzles for years, and I've never had this happen before. So I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out about it.
That being said, I will say that the quality of the puzzle itself was pretty great. The pieces were sturdy and fit together nicely, and the image was really beautiful and challenging. I definitely enjoyed working on it, even with the missing pieces. But I gotta say, it was pretty frustrating to get so close to finishing the puzzle and then realize that I was missing some key pieces.
Overall, I'm not sure if I would order from Ceaco again. On the one hand, the quality of the puzzle was good and I did enjoy working on it. But on the other hand, it was really frustrating to have missing pieces, and I'm not sure if I want to risk that happening again. Maybe I'll give them another shot in the future, but for now, I think I'll stick with some other puzzle brands that I know I can count on.
Challenging and Rewarding: A Review of Ceaco Puzzle with Amazing Image Quality
ience is key with this puzzle. It took me a while to finish it, but it was worth it. The image quality is amazing. The colors are so vibrant and the details are so clear. I really enjoyed working on this puzzle. It was challenging, but also very rewarding. I would definitely recommend Ceaco puzzles to anyone who loves a good challenge. The only downside is the pieces not staying together, but that can be easily fixed with some glue. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I can't wait to try another Ceaco puzzle.
Ceaco Puzzles: Poor Quality and Missing Pieces
I did three Ceaco puzzles in a row, all bought new and all missing pieces. The first one I thought I had lost pieces, but after three in a row I have concluded that these puzzles are obviously poor quality. All three were purchased at Walmart but I believe it's the puzzle company not Walmart. I think Walmart should find a different company to buy their puzzles from! I mean, come on, it's not like I'm asking for a lot here. I just want a puzzle that has all the pieces! It's frustrating to spend all that time putting it together only to find out that it's missing a piece or two. I don't know if it's a problem with the manufacturing process or what, but something needs to be done. I'm not the only one who has had this problem either. I've talked to other people who have had the same issue with Ceaco puzzles. It's a shame because they have some really cool designs, but what's the point if you can't even complete the puzzle? I hope Ceaco takes notice of these complaints and does something to fix the problem. Until then, I'll be looking for a different puzzle company to buy from.
Disappointing Quality: Ceaco's 12 Days of Christmas Puzzle Missing Pieces and Duplicates
We got ourselves the 12 days of Christmas puzzle from Ceaco and we thought it would be a blast to do a quick 100 piece puzzle every night for the 12 days leading up to Christmas. The pictures were all really nice and we were excited to get started. However, we were disappointed to find out that one of the puzzles had a missing piece and two had duplicate pieces. How does that even happen? To make matters worse, two other puzzles had missing pieces as well. We read some other reviews and it seems like this is a common issue with Ceaco puzzles. We're definitely going to steer clear of this brand in the future.
Disappointing Puzzle Experience: Ceaco Puzzle Missing Piece
This puzzle from Ceaco was a real letdown. We thought it would be a fun and easy way to start our day, but it ended up causing us a lot of frustration. We managed to finish the puzzle, but when we got to the end, we realized that one piece was missing. We searched high and low for that missing piece, but it was nowhere to be found. We even crawled around our apartment like crazy people, but still no luck.
After spending over an hour searching for that elusive puzzle piece, we finally gave up. We were so disappointed that we didn't get to finish the puzzle properly. It's a shame because the puzzle itself was actually quite nice. The colors were bright and vibrant, and the pieces fit together well. But the missing piece really ruined the whole experience for us.
We have to say that we're pretty upset with Ceaco for this. We expect better quality control from a company that specializes in puzzles. It's not like we can just go out and buy a replacement piece - once it's gone, it's gone. We're not sure if this is a common issue with Ceaco puzzles, but we're definitely hesitant to buy from them again.
Overall, we wouldn't recommend this puzzle to anyone. It's just not worth the frustration and disappointment. If you're looking for a good puzzle, we suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with Ceaco's Pride Rock Puzzle: Missing Pieces in Two Purchases
I recently purchased the 1000 piece pride rock puzzle from Ceaco and was excited to get started on it. However, after completing the puzzle, I noticed that there was one piece missing. I was disappointed, but thought it was just a fluke and decided to exchange it for a new, unopened puzzle.
To my dismay, the second puzzle also had a missing piece. I searched high and low for it, but it was nowhere to be found. Frustrated, I decided to just give up and put the puzzle back in the box. The worst part is that I can't even return it!
Overall, my experience with Ceaco has been disappointing. I would advise others to stay away from this brand if they want to avoid the frustration of missing puzzle pieces.
Disappointing Experience with Ceaco Puzzles: Missing Pieces and Poor Customer Service
I got a couple of puzzles from Ceaco, the website ceaco.com, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the experience. I got the Bambi and Gone with the Wind puzzles, and they were both missing a piece each. Can you believe it? I spent all that time putting together a 750-piece and a 1000-piece puzzle, only to find out that the last piece was nowhere to be found. What a bummer!
So, I contacted Ceaco to ask for replacements, but they haven't sent them yet. It's been a while, and I'm starting to lose hope. I mean, what's the point of buying a puzzle if you can't even finish it, right? And it's not like I'm the only one with this problem. I got another 750-piece puzzle with tigers, and guess what? It's also missing one piece. I was so frustrated that I just threw it in the recycle bin.
Honestly, I don't think I'll be buying from Ceaco again. It's just a waste of time and money. And to make matters worse, when I tried to post about my experience on Facebook, they blocked me! Can you believe that? I just wanted to share my honest opinion, but apparently, they don't like that. So, if you're thinking about buying from Ceaco, I'd say think twice. You might end up with a puzzle that you can't finish and a blocked Facebook account.
I bought the Nightmare Before Christmas 5 puzzle set and there were so many damaged pieces that it was very hard to complete any of them! Not really worth the high price I paid, I have not seen this much in any other set I've bought!
Missing peices wasn't able to complete puzzle.
