Celeste Pure Beauty Singapore review: CHEATING MONEY AND HARD SELLING

Hi all this is one of the worst beauty salon i have went to. They really tried to push their package to me and in the end still squeeze out my money. I had this prepaid facial voucher which my father gave to me. Since it's free, so i went there. The facial is not bad, and then they asked me to sit in a room and they started to sell their facial package to me. I signed for 5 sessions.
And the second time i went there, they wanted me to use a ampoules which i declined. And they wanted me to upgrade my facial using a 'Cold Bar' to reduce my pore size for 20dollars. I agreed, and the 2nd session ended rather peacefully.
The third time i went there, I SWEAR That this is the last time i am going to be there. I am going to waste my money on the last 2time of my facial package. Again, as usual, they asked to upgrade the facial using a different machine to exfoliate the skin for 30dollars. I said NO, because i have no money. and the marketing person said she will give me a discount so it will only be 20dollars. i was thinking that my wallet only have 20dollars, why not. i can just use the 20dollars to pay them. Because i know that my bank account only left 40dollars only. so after the facial, again we sat in the room and she urged me to sign more session with them, which i declined. she then insist that she wants to try my debit card to see if my card can pay for the package she want me to sign for which is 350 dollars. BEING SO NAIVE, i let her try my debit card. Because i know it wont go through, because there's only 40dollars inside my account. When she come back, she said, it didnt go through. and said she only paid the 20dollars for exofoliating and ask me to sign on the 2 visa receipt. YOU ALL KNOW there's two visa receipt, one for customer, one for the seller. so i signed on both. and the price for both is 20dollars. i thought it was only ONE transaction. THEN AFTER THAT SHE SAID SO NEXT TIME WHEN YOU COME, YOU WILL HAVE A AMPOULE for YOUR NEXT FACIAL. SHE DIDNT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE AMPOULE FOR NEXT FACIAL. THEN I REALIZED SHE CHEATED ME, AND SWIPED MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I SNATCHED THE RECEIPT FROM HER, SAYING I DIDNT PAY FOR THIS. BUT I SIGNED IT ALREADY. SHE ACTUALLY CALLED THE BANK TO KNOW MY ACCOUNT BALANCE USING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND SHE WIPED ALL 40DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I TOLD HER I GOT NO MONEY, AND WAS THINKING TO PAY THE 20dollars for the EXOFOLIATING, STRAIGHT FROM MY WALLET. BECAUSE MY WALLET HAVE 20DOLLARS. I DONT INTEND TO USE THE 40 IN MY ACCOUNT. AND THEN SHE SWIPED IT. UPON HEARING THAT I HAVE A ADDITIONAL 20DOLLARS IN MY WALLET. SHE SAID WHY DONT YOU USE YOUR REMAINING 20 DOLLARS TO PAY FOR THE ANOTHER AMPOULE? I SAID NO AND WENT OUT OF THE SHOP.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAVE AND I URGE ALL OF YOU TO AVOID THIS SHOP. USING SUCH DISHONEST MEANS TO CHEAT AND SCAM MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE. AND SHE JUST WANT TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF YOU.
