I first put $20 on a calling card with CelticTel.com in Dec 2008. I only call one older relative (she has no email/Skype account) in Ireland at Christmas and her birthday, so a few months will go by before I call again. Inevitably, when I try to make a call it says the "card has expired". It can take a couple of days of phone calls to unexpire it. I was so anxious to make a call in December 2010, I topped off the card again with another $20, just so I could make a call. According to my online account, I made two calls at Christmas, both under $1 in cost. Here I am in June 2011, and my card is again "expired" - even though their website claims that cards don't expire. My account says "$5.75" balance, even though I made less than $2 worth of calls on it, plus there was a few dollars of a balance before I topped it off. There is not supposed to be a monthly fee, but the balance is leaching away. The phone support is pleasant but amatuerish ("leave a message and we'll call you back"). I would not recommend this service. Something is amiss.

P.S. About two weeks ago, I gave a wrong email address by MISTAKE, namely, seannoone74@gmail.com. That is an outdated address I possessed in the past.
You are continually blocking me from making a purchace. Why?
I have already make the complaint two times.
I've been having the same problem with this company. You have to top off to "unexpire" your card even though it still has funds. Last time I topped up It remained expired and they took my money. I contacted them by email for a refund and they responded but I never received the refund.
