My loan was taken over by Cenlar from Taylor, Bean, and Whittaker. They sent me a letter telling me that and said they had included a temporary coupon to make my payment. No coupon was in the envelope. I made a payment to the payment address with the new account number on it and after two weeks it has not been cashed. I have tried to reach them by phone for over a week and all I get is a busy signal. This is a very frustrating situation! I fear they will soon say I did not make a payement and injur my credit rating! What a lousy way of doing business!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Nothing upsets me more than a debt collector screwing over veterans that served our country!
Cenlar are crooks. I sent them money to where the coupon said to send it, then was told they sold the loan and they will not give me my money back. My bank and myself has been trying to get it back since the 1st of August 2017
Cenlar is absolutely horrendous they are manufacturing default on my elderly parents for over a decade now. they relentless refuse payments, clear checks late, lose mail, ignore certified letters, disrespect attorneys and add ridiculous fees and so much more. they are facing a second bankruptcy to get them to back off! every attorney says there's nothing they can really do because it costs too much to fight them!
How can this be allowed so many years after the crisis? where are the reforms? there are thousands quietly suffering at the hand of predatory servicers in this country with no one to turn to. if you are an attorney or think you can help please reach out on here and publish your contact info. our silence and inability to unite is why they get away with these inhuman acts.
They are the worst my home insurance cancelled and cenlar nor the home insurance notified me. I found out when they increased my mortgage payment by 500 without contacting me . Then they reported that I was not paying my mortgage payment for several months. They ruined my credit and were keeping the money I sent every month. Any attorney out there willing to take case for 50% contingency email me dperfater@netscape.net.
You are sooooo right. Cenlar is the pits. Can't get any information out of them!
Made a few mortgage payments they cash the checks and didn't give me credit. They said they don't know where the money went.
I have talked to many at the customer serving but never get anywhere.
Can someone please help me with this issue.

Send them copies of the front and back of the checks. Notify your bank and for goodness sake send them NO more money until they straighten it out.
