I bought a product from Homeline Coatings
I bought a product from Homeline Coatings. Got it, but it wasn't what I thought. I wanna send it back. Tried reaching out to Homeline Coatings a bunch of times like they said, but no response. They only give an email for contact. They haven't even acknowledged my emails about returning and getting a refund. They're lying in their ads and not following their return policy.
Date of Transaction: 11/28
Date of Transaction: 11/28. Total Amount Paid: $1,320. The Business promised a Ceramic Pro Package with a 10-year warranty, as stated in the Allure PDF. However, there is a dispute as Ceramic Pro refuses to honor the warranty provided by their certified installer. The business has contacted the certified installer (*** from ***), but they are unwilling to fulfill the promises made. Invoice #*** and the warranty is attached to VIN #: ***.
I bought a new *** coupe and got it wrapped in Suntech PPF and treated with Ceramic Pro
I bought a new *** coupe and got it wrapped in Suntech PPF and treated with Ceramic Pro. I took the car out for a few hours, and when I came back, there were bird droppings on it. I tried cleaning the car with soapy water quickly, but the Paint Protection film and ceramic coating got contaminated and etched. I contacted Ceramic Pro Headquarters in California, but they won't support their product, even though they say the ceramic coating is resistant to contamination. Please look into this and assist me in resolving the problem.

I bought the ceramic pro package in May
I bought the ceramic pro package in May . I spent more than $2000! When we asked the installer if we could keep the warranty if we moved overseas (because we're military!), he said yes! Great! We went ahead with the service! But now I found out that was wrong. We wasted over $2000 (you pay for yearly upkeep) because the warranty isn't valid if you bought it outside of North America! We didn't know this because they didn't give us the warranty packet until AFTER the service! On the company's website, it says they have over *** installers in over 70 countries! So it seems like it's worldwide! The company's installer even told us recently on June 9th, when he detailed our car for shipping to Italy, that it's good overseas! It's sad and feels like a scam to me. And there's no clause for military who don't get to choose where we go!
I gots their top warranty (Gold) and they ain't helpin' me out: I missed the first year inspection 'cause I was sick with a disease
I gots their top warranty (Gold) and they ain't helpin' me out: I missed the first year inspection 'cause I was sick with a disease. I moved and asked *** del *** for help 'cause I couldn't find a local inspection place. She told me to go to Sun-Tamers, they said it would cost $350 to buff and put on the coating again. I contacted *** and she said buffing ain't gonna work. Then Covid 19 came and 'cause I'm sick and weak, I couldn't risk goin' out for my car's finish. In the third year, I found a local shop and they inspected it. They said the product ain't workin' right. I reached out to *** again for help. But now she's sayin' my warranty don't cover it 'cause my car went through an automated car wash - which it never did (and she never checked my car). Their warranty says if I miss an inspection, my lifetime warranty turns into 5 years. They ain't coverin' nothin'.
I'm currently in a dispute with Ceramic Pro *** because Ceramic Pro Corporate won't assist in resolving the issue
I'm currently in a dispute with Ceramic Pro *** because Ceramic Pro Corporate won't assist in resolving the issue. In March , I chose Ceramic Pro *** to apply a Gold Package ceramic coating on my brand new truck. I paid the vendor and dropped off my truck on Tuesday, March 16th, expecting the work to be completed by Saturday, March 20th. However, the owner didn't inform me of any delays until Saturday the 20th. We agreed that I would pick up my truck on Sunday, March 21st. When I arrived at the shop at 4:45 PM on Sunday the 21st, the owner hadn't finished the work and became threatening when I requested a refund. Despite having paid in advance, he refused to give me my truck. The owner, ***, threatened me and withheld my truck. I had to involve the police to retrieve my truck from ***. Initially, *** at Ceramic Pro Corporate said they would attempt to resolve the issue, but recently they claimed they couldn't assist me.
On May 17th, I got my crew cab truck coated by an installer named *** from Ceramic Pro
On May 17th, I got my crew cab truck coated by an installer named *** from Ceramic Pro. He said it would take around 8 hours, including prep time and coating. However, it only took him about 5 hours, and the job wasn't done very well. Some areas weren't cleaned properly beforehand, and there was overspray that wasn't cleaned off. Additionally, the paint got burnt in 2 spots due to excessive buffing, and he missed some areas altogether. I paid him a total of $850.00 for the service. My wife and I have tried reaching out to him multiple times, leaving messages with our contact numbers, but he hasn't responded. We also contacted Ceramic Pro, emailing them on 06/22 when we couldn't reach *** ourselves. They said they've been in touch with him, but we still haven't heard back. They haven't offered any solution to fix the truck's coating, which should have been done properly from the start.
On 10/28, I paid $1,290 plus tax to get Ceramic Pro Silver (5-yr warranty) from an authorized installer
On 10/28, I paid $1,290 plus tax to get Ceramic Pro Silver (5-yr warranty) from an authorized installer. They say that the Ceramic Pro coating has a 5-yr warranty, but only if you do annual inspections at an authorized installer 30 days before the installation date. If you don't, the warranty gets reduced to 2 years. So, on 12/6, I took my car for the annual inspection to the installer. Now, my warranty is only 2 years, until 10/28/2022.
During the inspection, the installer told me that "there's hardly any coating left on the car." I was shocked because they talk so much about how durable and long-lasting the product is, and they even boast about the 5-yr warranty. I went into detail with the installer (and later with Ceramic Pro) about the products I used to clean the car and how I took care of it. They didn't question any of the products or methods I used, and the car has always been under my care. The installer gave me a few tips for improvement, but assured me that nothing I did or said should have removed the coating.
Before I got the car, I read the care instructions for Ceramic Pro. I followed them exactly, kept the car in the garage, and barely drove it because I work from home. The installer offered to do paint correction and reinstall the coating for $643.50. I checked the warranty for the Ceramic Pro coating to see if I could get reimbursed for the failed coating. On 12/10, I contacted Ceramic Pro customer service to find a solution based on their warranty. After talking to Ceramic Pro, they decided to reject my warranty claim after talking to the installer, claiming "abrasion damage." I never used anything abrasive, as confirmed by the installer and Ceramic Pro. The warranty is a joke, and Ceramic Pro doesn't support their product or authorized installers. It's all just a he-said-she-said situation, and the customer is always wrong.
