Mixed Experience with Cerner Corporation
My experience with Cerner Corporation has been a mix of pros and cons. On the positive side, their software solutions are robust and user-friendly, making daily tasks more efficient. However, their customer service can be slow to respond to queries and resolve issues, causing delays in our operations. It would be great to see improved communication and faster support from Cerner.
I asked Cerner Staff to fix our Pathology printer, which hasn't been printing for a few months
I asked Cerner Staff to fix our Pathology printer, which hasn't been printing for a few months. Unfortunately, there's still no solution. They keep sending it to our local IT, even though it's obvious that they should be following up on their end. Different people keep asking our nursing staff to investigate, when they should be the ones troubleshooting the issue. We've had to repeat the same story to multiple people, but the problem remains unresolved.
I'm still waiting for someone to help me log in
I'm still waiting for someone to help me log in. It's been 25 minutes and they keep saying that all the associates are busy, but they don't mention how long I'll have to wait or where I am in line. Ever since they took over my patient portal, I always encounter problems when I try to log in. Even if I manage to get someone to assist me and they successfully log me in, I have to go through the same process all over again the next time. It's really frustrating. I received a message from my doctor that I can't read. This kind of support is negatively impacting my healthcare.

Cerner Corporation, the IT company, has caused quite a stir with the VA *** System, costing taxpayers billions! Everything in the system for veterans is a complete mess. Nothing works properly, especially when it comes to requesting refills. Sending messages between patients and doctors is a total disaster. They have three systems that are supposed to help older veterans who aren't as good with computers, but they only partially work. The phone system is a nightmare because it's the only way to communicate externally. We deserve a refund for this shoddy work, and there are even suspicions of fraud. It's a total mess! ***. ***.

The integration project got messed up big time
The integration project got messed up big time. It took them a whopping two months longer than expected, and even after all that time, the system still ain't working right. We were supposed to go live on two different dates, but they kept pushing it back. And don't even get me started on the support team. They were slower than a snail on a Sunday. It's frustrating as heck because we really need this system to run our business smoothly. We were hoping to start making payments on March 1st, 2022, but it looks like that ain't happening.

I'm currently dealing with some issues involving Oracle America, Inc. I've been getting a bunch of emails from one of their representatives, claiming that I've violated their software. The thing is, this agent won't show me any evidence to back up their claims. I've specifically asked for the IP address and user account associated with the software, as proof of the violation, but they haven't provided either. And yet, the emails keep coming.

Our non-profit agency, *** Services (JFS), based in ***, signed a contract with NetSuites Oracle for their *** financial software in January . Unfortunately, JFS never got the chance to use the product due to a failed implementation and unexpected costs. This was mainly because the Oracle sales team provided us with incorrect information. According to section 9.3 of the contract, if Oracle cannot adequately fix the problem in a reasonable manner, we have the right to terminate the deficient services and receive a refund of the fees. Given the incorrect information from the sales team, the lack of support from the implementation team, and the failure of Oracle management to resolve the issues promptly, JFS should be reimbursed for the remaining balances and the $5,536 we have already paid to NetSuites Oracle. This entire experience with NetSuites has been unproductive and has hindered our mission.

We signed a contract with Netsuite in August
We signed a contract with Netsuite in August . I've been trying to resolve the issue since then. We realized that Netsuite Oracle was not suitable for our business as it ended up costing us more money than we had budgeted for. Their program is not ready for field operations, and we distribute products. I made it clear to them about our requirements, but they assured us they could solve it. Instead, they added more expenses and wasted about 3 months without making any progress. They didn't seem to care about our concerns and offered solutions that we were not satisfied with. Every time, they would say, "Well, you signed up for the program, so let us give you this solution, but it will cost an additional $5,000." I told them that the program simply wasn't suitable for us, but they didn't offer any alternative solutions. We tried to make changes to our order process to at least use the program for accounting purposes, but it ended up being more expensive as we had to pay extra hours to employees who had to do double the work. We already had a system in place, and we chose Netsuite because we wanted something more reliable, fast, and capable of printing in the field. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide that. They left us in a difficult situation, paying for something we don't use. It's clear that customers don't matter to them; they only care about making money and offering additional services that require even more money.
We recently signed a contract with Oracle on Feb 3, 2022 for their NetSuite software service
We recently signed a contract with Oracle on Feb 3, 2022 for their NetSuite software service. We paid $27,000 for implementation and services upon signing the agreement. They promised us a system that would help us track our customers' assets (AEDs) and keep track of the serial numbers and expiration dates associated with those assets. We started customization meetings to implement the financial part of the software, and everything was going well until we reached the asset tracking part. We had specifically mentioned during the contract signing that this was the main reason we decided to purchase their software. However, they assigned an implementation person who had never designed a system like the one we were offered. The sales team at Oracle had not even informed her that she would be creating a specialized asset tracking module. When we asked why she hadn't been informed about the specifications, her superiors couldn't answer the question. The Oracle team continued to move forward without addressing the problem with the asset management module, which was the only part of their system we wanted and paid for. Despite going back and forth, Oracle still hasn't provided us with a solution to the module they promised. They now claim they can offer us a skilled team of developers to handle our account, but after two months of work, we have nothing to show for it. We requested to cancel the contract, but they refused, stating that they need to provide the service we paid for. It's important to note that they have never built such a system and cannot show us a sample of what it will look like.
We moved from Oracle to another platform on December 14
We moved from Oracle to another platform on December 14. Before switching, I asked about month-to-month access for future investigations, but they said no. Now, in January 2022, I invited my accountant to my new platform for tax information, but he needs more details. I contacted Oracle again to see what we could do since I need this information to file my taxes. My Corporate Account Manager told me that their "read only" access costs the same as my previous renewal, which was $31,164. Looking at their estimate, $22,788 was for their NetSuite ***, which includes ERP for accounting, purchasing, order entry, bulk mail merges, campaigns, and user accesses. None of these things are related to "read only". $7100 was for inventory management, which is not needed for read-only access. On their estimate, they have NetSuite General *** for $1,188, which should be the cost of "read-only" access for 12 months based on everything listed. They also mentioned that I have past due invoices that need to be paid first, but I tried multiple times to change that before the bills were even sent out because the products were not as they were described when we signed up. I kept requesting a phone call with a manager, but it never happened. One meeting was canceled, and when I tried to reschedule, they took days to respond, causing changes in my schedule and availability. Eventually, they stopped trying. NetSuite promotes products that are not suitable for their clients, and sometimes, like in this case, the program add-ons don't even fulfill their intended purposes, which were the reasons we signed up for them.
We've been doing biz with Cerner since 1990
We've been doing biz with Cerner since 1990. In the past year, instead of forwarding e-voucher money for prescription claims, they've been keepin' the money and creditin' our monthly bill. This credit is now over $10,000. We've contacted 'em 4 times in the past 8 months and each time they say a check is comin', but as of today NO check. They keep sayin' it can take up to 8 weeks, but those weeks have come and gone. They're operatin' on money due us...next stop is the FTC if not resolved.
Cerner administrates the *** patient portal
Cerner administrates the *** patient portal. I called and asked them to remove two deceased family members from my *** patient portal account. I have recorded all conversations with Cerner Representatives, just like they recorded mine. But when I made this simple request, Cerner deleted my account. Now I can't talk to my Healthcare Providers after hours. It's not fair for Cerner to expect me to fix this problem. They should know how to handle routine requests like mine. They need to take responsibility and fix it without causing me more trouble. I'm not asking for too much. I just want them to give back what they took from me. They keep talking about HIPAA violations, but I don't think they're violating anything as long as they don't share anyone's healthcare information. They need to resolve this quickly, just like they deleted my account. This complaint is urgent, and they need to address it right away.
Removal of drug brand names from order database is a user0unfriendly move. I honestly cannot figure out why your decidion makers decided it wa a good idea. It makes it more difficult to order the medications I want to order in the ER. Please reconsider this decidion. Thank you.
