ChainMine - Cloud Mining review: purchase power gone

Hi, I would like to describe my bad experience with chainmine.org. All started on 15th of October when I choose to create an account on chainmine.org where the main idea is that someone can invest money for bitcoin cloud mining. So, I created an account on 15th of October, I bought bitcoin in my digital wallet, I transferred money to my chainmine account and I have bought hardware power for cloud mining. Next day, on 16th of October I did a withdrawal from my chainmine account and on 17th of October I received bitcoin in my digital wallet. Next day, on 18th of October I bought more bitcoin and transferred to my chainmine account and I bought more hardware power for cloud mining. All of this transactions can be seen below in a screenshot from my digital wallet. Next day, on 19th of October, I logged in to my chainmine account and all that hardware power I had bought, gone, disappeared. I still can login to my account and still shows me like I never buy anything. On the same day I found an email address and emailed them but no answer. I would like to be refunded if possible. Thank you
